Easily Identify Returning Customers so we can REWARD their loyalty!

In any business it's important to notice returning customers. Whether it's just to send a thank you note, coupons, or offer a free item, it’s important to reward and thank loyal customers.

Shipping easy should make this easier to notice returning customers by putting a number next to the customer's name if this is their second order or more. For example, if John Doe has ordered three times, on the orders page and also on the pick list it should say John Doe (3).

There could be a variety of ways to integrate this idea but that’s just one off the top of my head. It would also be good to be able to click on the number, so in this case (3), and then pull up the three orders from that customer.

Please add your ideas and get this feature some attention. Loyal customers are vital to any business, including yours!

What a fantastic idea! I think a column showing how many times they've ordered from you would be an interesting one. I have forwarded your request for this feature to our Product team.

Yes I called in because assumed it would identify new / regular and inactive customers and was told it does not link to the orders pages.  So before I ship I go not customer tab put in yesterdays date and it gives not the orders I am about to ship.  A lot more work going to 2 places.  I also noticed if an order is canceled it still recorder the order as if it was current.
