In any business it's important to notice returning customers. Whether it's just to send a thank you note, coupons, or offer a free item, it’s important to reward and thank loyal customers.
Shipping easy should make this easier to notice returning customers by putting a number next to the customer's name if this is their second order or more. For example, if John Doe has ordered three times, on the orders page and also on the pick list it should say John Doe (3).
There could be a variety of ways to integrate this idea but that’s just one off the top of my head. It would also be good to be able to click on the number, so in this case (3), and then pull up the three orders from that customer.
