It would be very nice to receive an automatic email if USPS generates an alert on a shipment. For example, if a package is marked "undeliverable as address" (like https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9400110200828570704974). The only method I have right now to see that something is wrong is either scrolling through my shipment history looking for problems (becomes difficult when orders get in the hundreds and you have 4 week international delivery times interspersed with 3 day domestic delivery times), or by having a customer inform me that something is wrong.
It would be ideal if an automatic email could instead be generated (configurable in settings, of course) to notify me that an alert has occurred on a package.
