Provide Ship History Report Column By Ship to COMPANY NAME

Currently the only column available in custom reports it the ship to "Recipient". It is of no value to really have the recipient on the report if you are shipping to a COMPANY. Please provide a column where you can get ship history reports by shipped to COMPANY. This is a critical piece to getting any valuable business reporting from this software, which has so many other great features. If I am shipping to XYZ company and all the report shows me is that I shipped 3 packages to Mary Smith. Then, I have to know that Mary Smith works at XYZ to get any value from my reporting. Please address this, thanks!

Checking to see if anyone else has a work around for getting reporting by ship to company?

Hi Angela,

I think the best option for you is to add the company names in the First/Last name fields. For instance, if the company's name is "Apple Incorporated", you could put "Apple" as the first name and "Incorporated" as the last name. Then, enter the customers name in the company name field. Hope this helps!

Thanks Rachael. But the whole efficiency for my use of Shipping Easy is to paste the name, company, address, etc. in as a lump sum in a manual order right now. If I have to parse the address manually to do the work around for reporting, then I may as well parse the address right in the Fed Ex software. Also, for another client I have the same issue, their orders come over electronically from Magento and we don't want to change each of them manually between name and company, just to get good reporting. Please ask them to make a report with the Company field in the report. Thanks!

Hello all, 
Great news! This feature was recently deployed to our reporting feature. There is now an optional column for "Destination Company. " This column will display whatever is listed in the "Company" section of your address. 

To make use of this feature, you can add it as an optional column under "Show/ Hide Columns" on either the Complete Shipping Report or create a custom report!
