SHIPPING RULES - Ability to add UNLIMITED conditions OR Assign UNLIMITED SKUs to Categories

0

Our store drop ships a majority of our orders. I would like to be able to set up shipping rules that will sort SKUs into Categories based on whether they will be drop shipped, or ship from our warehouse. The limit of 6 Conditions per Rule makes this impossible considering the 100,000+ SKUs we have in our store.

For instance, I have renamed the Yellow, Pink, and Green categories to DROP SHIP TO PROCESS, DROP SHIP COMPLETED, and LOCAL SHIP. If I could assign particular SKUs which we know will always be Drop Shipped or will always ship from our store, locally, it would make things flow so much better. As it stands, now, we must sort through each order one-at-a-time in order to assign them to the correct Category to be processed.

If doing this is already possible, can someone let me know how?

Hi Amanda,

It sounds like what you would actually want to do is use the Product Catalog and Product Categories. Then, you can create a single rule for that entire category. This article on assigning SKUs to categories may help you out.

However, in your case you may want to use the Product Category as follows:

IF the product category's name (that contains the SKUs you want) is ____, THEN assign it an Order Category.

That way, you can more quickly assign SKUs to Order Categories, still utilizing your category names, and allowing you to filter by category and mark them as shipped in bulk by using the "More" actions bar above the orders on the Orders page. Does this work for you?
