Order update integration

I need the ability to upload into Shipping Easy order changes I make in Volusion. I regularly have changes to orders and would like to only make the changes in volusion and have those changes flow into Shipping Easy. It does not have to be automatic but if I could manually force an order update so my shipping weights and packing slips are correct. Thanks

Hi Jim,

Thanks for reaching out. While we do offer certain updates for some platforms, we do not, to my knowledge, change any data within our API when order line items are edited, removed, or added. I have forwarded your request for this specific to Volusion to our Product Team but also would like to refer you to what we do update with Volusion and other stores: Can I edit an order in my store after it has synced and it has synced and have the changes update in ShippingEasy?. I hope this information is helpful in the meantime.
