Right now, a customer with multiple un-shipped orders is bolded/green, and I love that. And I know I can sort by Duplicates in the filters to get a list of all customers who have multiple open orders, but I would love the ability to click on any name and get both/all of their orders at once, without having to search for their name or sort by Duplicates and find them in the list. Right now I have about 40 orders that are duplicates, so a simpler way to sort these would be awesome :)

For example, if I search for an order number I might see "Jane Smith" bolded with the multiple open orders icon -- I'd like to be able to just click on this to open all of "Jane Smith's" orders so I can combine them without having to go back and search for her name.
