Single page USPS scan form page for multiple ship from postal codes

I recently switched from Stamps.com to Shipping Easy and have found that printing the USPS scan forms are a bit more complicated now. We have 2 locations and a couple of friends/customers whom we ship packages for and those addresses have different zip codes.

On Stamps.com, we had the ability to print a single scan form for all our shipments despite the ship from zip codes AND the ability to print a scan form for just 1 shipment as well. Now, with Shipping Easy, we have to print 3-4 scan forms for each zip code at the end of the day and no longer have the ability to print a scan form for a single shipment. We ran into this problem today after we had shipped one package for our friend and received the error notification trying to print the separate scan form for it.

Our feature request is to have just a single scan form printout despite the amount of ship from zip codes (just like on Stamps.com). This will hopefully in-turn alleviate the problem for not being able to print a scan form for 1 shipment... although we would like to see that feature added as well. This will not only save time, but paper and ink.

Hi there,

Thanks for this feature request. I can understand why you'd like to put a single label on a SCAN form. The good news is that the USPS does not require a SCAN form when there is only one label of that method (ie: if there is only one First Class shipment, no SCAN form is needed). However, I have logged your request. Please keep an eye on this thread for possible future updates.
