I wasn't aware that FedEx allowed you to pick a date of delivery - how neat! I can imagine that this would help quite a few FedEx users. I'll go ahead and forward your request directly to our Product Team so that they are aware of your interest in this.

In the meantime, ShippingEasy does offer Priority Mail Express. While it doesn't give you a specific date it will arrive, it does have a money-back guarantee for late deliveries. You can see more on Priority Mail Express and their service commitment calculator HERE. I hope this helps somewhat while we look into what we will prioritize for 2016.
