In Shopify if my customer partially refunds one of their customers for shipping or something it changes status to partially refunded instead of paid. Shipping Easy only pulls orders that have the status of Paid. We just realized this and found out there were about 15 orders that were several weeks old and unfulfilled because the system was not pulling this. We need to add the ability to pull partially refunded orders.

Thanks for relaying this. We definitely want you to be able to bring in all of your orders and don't want you to miss any, so I will go ahead and forward this to our Product Team. They'll be able to determine whether or not we can support this or if there's something you can do in Shopify to prevent the status from changing. Have you, by chance, reached out to Shopify to ask if it's possible to not change the status when partially refunding?
