Great suggestion! We do not currently support this but we do show the eBay user ID on the orders page (seen HERE).

We're always looking for ways to build the Global Search tool up and have even recently added some new search functionality to search by tracking, order number, alternate order number, names, and email addresses. It certainly seems that including the option to search by user ID would be another fitting enhancement.

This is an ABSOLUTE MUST !!! I have requested this feature since a year ago. What ShipWorks may not understand about the eBay marketplace is that when an eBay customer messages us, there is NO order number in the subject header like Wal-Mart and Amazon. Therefore, to provide support, we need to manually log in to eBay, copy paste their user ID from the email received, and then bring up the sales record number to copy paste back into ShippingEasy. This is VERY FRUSTRATING and wastes a ton of time trying to offer customer service to eBay customers. PLEASE WORK ON THIS!!!! Shipstation and other shipping solutions have had this simple search function since day 1
