Adult Signature for FedEx Ground

It is mind boggling that the Adult Signature option is NOT currently available for FedEx Ground rate. It IS available for other rate classes, but for some unexplained reason is not for FedEx ground. We ship a lot through FedEx Ground and by law HAVE TO select Adult Signature option as we are shipping alcohol. 

Regardless of whether or not others ship Alcohol, the Adult Signature option should definitely be available for FedEx Ground class, especially with it being available for other rate classes.

This is a great suggestion and especially makes sense for a company that ships alcohol. We've added this to our list of enhancements to consider for our FedEx integration and will update you here should we add it into ShippingEasy in the future. Thanks!

Thanks. But why was it omitted for FedEx Ground while other FedEx rates were given this option?

Hi Michael - That's a fair question. I regret that Adult Signature for FedEx Ground wasn't included in our original build out of the integration, although, it was not intentionally excluded. 

While we haven't yet prioritized adding the service into the available options, feedback like yours helps us tremendously. We monitor requests across all our channels - and rely heavily on our forums here to see the cumulative interest from all our customers.  We'll continue to keep an eye on this thread and re-prioritize adding this service once we reach a tipping point.
