When in shipping history your show the shipment was delivered could you not also update the status in Bigcommerce to Completed?

Presently, when you purchase a label ShippingEasy updates your BigCommerce orders with the ship date, tracking number (if included), and a "Shipped" status.
With this in mind, I have a few questions to help us better understand the use and impact of this enhancement:
- Is the "Completed" status available to all BigCommerce merchants or is it a custom status?
- Does BigCommerce supply the "Completed" status to indicate that the order was delivered and the transaction fully complete?
- Is this something that you are required to check within BigCommerce?
- Are you manually assigning this status or do you use a specific tool to automate this process currently?
- Does checking this status result in any additional actions from BigCommerce, such as a confirmation email to your buyers?
At the moment, none of our integrations currently support a second update to a "Shipped" order based on the delivery status. However, we can certainly keep this enhancement in mind as we continue to develop tools around delivery dates and notifications.
