Requested Shipping Service needs to be more 'In Your Face'

Currently the ShippingEasy Shipping screen has a clickable link that you look at to find the Customer's requested service.

On many occasions I (and my staff) have missed that they requested 2-day service as that doesn't show by default, you need to 'Hover'.

We need this to be showing by default on the shipping screen, or create a rule that makes it show if a certain shipping service is selected, or the window has a different backcolor.. something to shout out.
