Our shipping team must verify each address they are shipping to before printing the shipping label.  Therefore the window must be manually clicked opened each and every time in order to ship.

If the screen could be changed to allow the window to show more than the customer's name, to also show the shipping address - this would help tremendously.

We could have a customer named John Doe shipping to different addresses.

Adding a way to change the default of that window so that we could customize it and not disturb others who do not need to preview the address on the screen would be perhaps the best of both worlds.

One click for each package for us can add up to hundreds - our team is running approximately 700 packages per day.
