Shipment confirmation email timing - option to send all at a certain time

So right now, as soon as you print a label, the customer gets notified. I'd like to be able to choose a time in the day (say 5pm) when all the emails are sent in a sort of batch action. So I guess it would be a setting where you choose when ShippingEasy notifies my Shopify store of all the shipments. Then, Shopify would send all the emails. 

Because as it is now, the customer gets the email right when the label is printed, but USPS doesn't pick up my mail until later in the day. So when the customer gets the email and looks at the tracking info, it says it doesn't exist yet because there has been no activity (no scan).

The delay in the shipment confirmation email being sent would solve that problem because all my packages will have been scanned by the mail carrier by the time the email is sent, you know? :)
