With a recent update, filters are now held on pages even after completing the labels on another page. This hides all of your incomplete labels until you turn off the filter hold. There should be the ability to turn this new setting off for higher efficiency when you are just cranking out high volumes of labels and need to see all of your labels on the order screen without having to clear the filter each and every time.

Yes please.. remove that silly filter hold. It has no use in the real world.

I am a little confused that you are replying to a Thread that is 6 month old when the feature to remove the filter hold was added in January:
- Added a new User preference: Remember Filter Settings. By default this is enabled. The feature can be found under the Logged in as menu > My Profile. When the Remember Filter Settings field is toggled to:
- Enable: ShippingEasy preserves the last filter settings on the ORDERS and SHIPMENT HISTORY pages.
- Disable: ShippingEasy will reset the page filters each time the user navigates away from the ORDERS or SHIPMENT HISTORY pages.

We added support for disabling filter holds using the Remember Filter Settings option in your My Profile settings.
You can access your Profile from the top right corner of your account.
The Remember Filter Settings option is about half way down the page on the left side.
