SHIPMENT HISTORY Page | Guide
In 2022, ShippingEasy focused on making the application easier for you to navigate.
The SHIPMENT HISTORY page has an improved design highlighting the shipment details and actions you need to be the most efficient.

The label status will have corresponding colored dots for an easy way to scan shipments. The colors include:

Green: Label Ready

Blue: Label Printed
-
Grey: Drop Shipped
-
Yellow: Label Failed
-
Red: Cancelled
-

The column widths are adjustable.

Drag and drop column sections.
-
The Order Details and Actions columns will stay pinned and visible.

The carrier icon will appear next to the tracking number.
Click on the shipment row to open up details about your shipment.
The Shipment Details slide out on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page now look similar to your orders on the ORDERS page.

We have added the following order information:

Tracking: Click to view the tracking details.

Date Created: The date the order was created.

Ship Date: The date the order was shipped.

Internal Shipment Notes: Click the pencil icon to add details about the order.
Scan Forms, UPS Pickups, and other end-of-day pages are under the End of Day Tasks button.
View a return order by the Order Number .
Click on the More tab to arrange order columns, now called Select Columns.
Click on the icon to view and select your shipment actions or download options.
Can I switch back to the previous version?
If you experience bugs or issues that impact your workflow, Customer Support can temporarily restore the previous version of the SHIPMENT HISTORY page until all users are transitioned.
