ConnectEasy Devices | Overview

ConnectEasy is a downloaded application that directly prints labels, packing slips, and pick lists from the app to your printer. This eliminates the need to work with PDFs by sending jobs to the assigned printer.

ConnectEasy Version

The latest version of ConnectEasy is v4.18.4 for Windows and v4.18.4 for Mac. Only ConnectEasy versions 4.0 and higher are supported.

Install ConnectEasy on your Mac or PC.

Hardware and Devices

Once installed, ConnectEasy can be used with your printers and scales to streamline your shipping process.

Printers

Set unique printers for each type of document: labels, packing slips, pick lists, and customs forms.

Compatible Printers:

ShippingEasy is compatible with most thermal and laser printers that support printing in specific formats. As long as the printer supports 4x5, 4x6, or 4x8 labels, it should work with our system.

Scales

If you have a USB-connected scale on your computer, you can also configure ConnectEasy to automatically update the weight field within the app.
