ePost Global Integration Requirements

To create an ePost Global account for use with ShippingEasy, contact ePost Global:

Connect ePost Global to ShippingEasy

To connect an ePost Global account to ShippingEasy

  1. Click Connect ePost Global button.

    ePost Global logo. Button that reads, Connect
  2. Fill in your Account Username and Account Password.

  3. Click the Connect Account button.

Available Services

When you configure ShippingEasy to use your ePost Global account, ShippingEasy uses your ePost Global Username and Password to determine which specific ePost Global services are available to your account. If some services are listed but others are missing, contact ePost Global to verify that your account is correctly configured.

Special Considerations for ePost Global

Shipping with ePost Global

  • The software provided to ShippingEasy by ePost Global does not support the display of rate quotes on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page. Shipments will show a cost of $0.00 on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page.

    However, before you purchase a label, you will see a postage estimate based on the package information you've entered and the rates associated with your account credentials from the ORDERS page using the Order Details slide out .

  • ePost Global labels can include:

    • Buyer's email address

    • Colony

    • Sender's Signature.


      The sender's Signature for your ePost Global labels is set when you create your ePost Global account. If you need to update the Sender's Signature, please contact your ePost Global account manager.

  • All customs information for ePost Global international shipments is handled electronically when you create the shipping label. There is no option on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page to create a customs form for ePost Global shipments.

Tracking International Shipments

Eligible international ePost Global shipments can be tracked on ePost Global's Track site. Once a label is successfully generated via ShippingEasy, the first tracking event will occur on the ePost Global website.

When notifying your customers, your Shipment Confirmation email template should include the following:

  • ePost Global website link

  • Tracking number

Disconnect a Carrier

If you want to disconnect a carrier, simply click Disconnect to the right of the carrier name:
