Override Stock Levels in ShippingEasy with Stock from My Store | How To

Available to Existing Inventory Management Subscribers

This feature is only available to existing Inventory Management subscribers. Non-Inventory Management subscribers can learn more about using the ShippingEasy Product Catalog.

We are not currently opening Inventory Management to new users or developing new features or functionality for our Inventory solution. This means that at this time we cannot address the issues you have with the current system.

If you need an inventory solution that lets you add your third-party fulfillment provider to your account, our sister company ShipStation may be a better solution for you.

ShippingEasy's Inventory Management solution provides a single place for you to track your stock levels across all of your stores. This makes it possible for ShippingEasy to send real-time stock levels to your store.

When setting up inventory tracking in ShippingEasy, it's important to establish accurate stock levels for each product SKU. If you already have accurate stock levels in one or more of your store platforms, you can use this information to override the stock levels in ShippingEasy. This reduces the time it takes to set up Inventory Management.

Stock levels can be overridden in ShippingEasy at the same time that you import products from your stores. This can be done for individual stores or across multiple stores at the same time.

  • Override stock levels for individual stores: This is the best option when your Product Catalog already includes the SKUs from all of your stores and you just want to pull stock levels from a single store.

  • Override stock levels across multiple stores at the same time: This is the most versatile option and recommended when you are in the process of setting up your Product Catalog. You can override stock levels while importing products from all of your stores. This means that you will fully populate your Product Catalog SKUs, as well as update stock levels, in a single action.

Product Variants

If you have variants in your store, we will replicate them in ShippingEasy while importing product and stock levels. This will override any changes you made to variant groups within your ShippingEasy Product Catalog.
