Shipment Insurance and Liability Coverage | Overview

Insuring your packages against loss or damage is vital to your customers' experiences. Learn how to insure your packages in ShippingEasy.

Insured Shipments Must Have a Delivery Confirmation

Shipments can only be insured if they have tracking included on the package. This includes delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or adult signature confirmation. Learn more about carrier confirmation options.

USPS Shipment Insurance Limits

USPS includes limited insurance coverage for certain packages and services at no additional charges.

If you would like to insure over the USPS included insurance amount or add insurance to a service that USPS does not cover, you can add additional insurance coverage with Shipsurance. Shipsurance insurance is available when a form of delivery confirmation is on the shipment.
