Filing Insurance Claims

Shipments can only be insured if they have tracking included on the package. This includes delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or adult signature confirmation. Learn more about carrier confirmation options.

USPS Shipment Insurance Limits

USPS includes limited insurance coverage for certain packages and services at no additional charges.

If you would like to insure over the USPS included insurance amount or add insurance to a service that USPS does not cover, you can add additional insurance coverage with Shipsurance. Shipsurance insurance is available when a form of delivery confirmation is on the shipment.

UPS Shipment Insurance Limits

UPS provides maximum liability coverage called "Declared Value" for shipments up to $100 in value. Learn more about UPS Declared Value. Additional coverage can be added through Shipsurance.
