If you use ConnectEasy and find that your print jobs are not printing, it can be helpful to verify ConnectEasy is running on your computer and to reconnect ConnectEasy, in the event that it is already running.
Within the ShippingEasy app, there are three places that will alert you to the connection status of ConnectEasy.
Next to the DEVICES & HARDWARE settings in the navigation bar, a printer icon displays if ConnectEasy is in use.
Green: All configured ConnectEasy client programs are available.
Yellow: Some ConnectEasy client programs are available and others are not.
Red: None of the configured ConnectEasy client programs are available.
READY TO SHIP
On the READY TO SHIP page, the Buy & Print Label button is disabled if the ConnectEasy configuration specifies a printer that cannot be used successfully because the program is not running.
If the ConnectEasy icon is red, then ShippingEasy will not allow for the purchase of labels. If the icon is green or yellow, purchasing labels is allowed.
On the PRINTER CONFIGURATION settings page, the ConnectEasy status column provides real-time statuses for all configured printers. This column will update in response to a change in the status of ConnectEasy.
A green circle with a checkmark icon indicates that the printer configured to ConnectEasy is running and available. The red triangle with the exclamation point icon indicates that the printer configured to ConnectEasy is unavailable.
