Newegg is an online-only store that connects directly with ShippingEasy. ShippingEasy will automatically read for orders from your Newegg account and then load them into our application. Once shipped, shipment tracking and status updates will be sent back to your Newegg store.

Newegg Integration Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • You must have a live account with Newegg.

  • You must have a NewEgg Elite Seller: Professional or Enterprise plan.

  • ShippingEasy does not support Newegg Business.

Order Import Requirements:

  • Only Newegg orders with Unshipped or Partially Shipped statuses will sync to ShippingEasy.

Connect a Newegg Store to ShippingEasy

How to connect Newegg to an existing ShippingEasy account

  1. Select Newegg from the Platform dropdown menu.


    Complete the integration by retrieving your Seller ID and Secret Key from Newegg.

  2. Log into your Newegg account in a new browser window. Go to Business Report > Summary.

  3. Locate Seller Performance on the page and your Seller ID. Copy your Seller ID.

  4. Paste your copied Newegg Seller ID into the Newegg Seller ID field in ShippingEasy.

  5. Email to get your Newegg Secret Key. Include your Newegg Seller ID and request an API Secret Key to use with ShippingEasy in the body of your email.

    The Newegg team will respond with an email that contains your Secret Key, which you will copy to the Secret Key field in ShippingEasy.

  6. Click Save in ShippingEasy.

That's it! Your store is connected to ShippingEasy!

Newegg Integration Notes

Order Details

  • Newegg provides a single address to ShippingEasy, which we then display as the shipping and billing addresses.

  • Newegg supports product options by requiring you to define multiple SKUs for an item, so ShippingEasy's product options feature does not need to be used.

Editing Orders and Shipments

  • If you split a Newegg order in ShippingEasy and only ship part of the order, the order status in Newegg will be Partially Shipped until they ship the entire order in ShippingEasy.

  • If you create a new shipping label for a Newegg order in ShippingEasy, the tracking information for the new label will not be sent to Newegg. Newegg does not support adding tracking information to orders that are already in the Shipped status.
