Review USPS Transaction History for Refunds | How To

ShippingEasy for One Balance is powered by, a technology partner of ShippingEasy that provides an online service for purchasing. USPS from ShippingEasy One Balance labels that have been cancelled may be eligible for a refund. does not have a dedicated notification for postage refunds. However, you can review your transaction history on to see what postage refunds, if any, have been processed.

  1. Next, click on online reports.

    The Online Reports link is highlighted on the One Balance screen
  2. Select Balances from the left navigation bar. page showing Balances marked in red
  3. Click on the Report Type for  Transactions.

    The report type link is expanded and transactions is selected from the list.
  4. Select the Date from the dropdown.

    The date option is expanded displaying the available date options. All is selected.
  5. Review the Credit column for refunded transactions. transaction report with the Credit column marked
  6. Export to a CSV file by clicking the download icon. showing the CSV export option marked
