USPS Service Updates

Alerts, Disruptions, and Suspensions to Service

USPS provides updated service alerts on their website for any situation affecting USPS parcel delivery.

Unless otherwise noted, service suspensions to a particular country do not affect the delivery of military and diplomatic mail.

International Mail Service Suspensions - Effective: March 3, 2026

The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending acceptance of items destined to the following countries, due to logistics impacts resulting from the conflict in the Middle East. Customers, please refrain from mailing items addressed to the countries listed here until further notice:

Algeria, Armenia, Bahrain, Djibouti, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Seychelles, Syria, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates

All international shipments with tracking will be tracked at least until they depart the International Service Center (ISC). However, not all USPS shipments include tracking all the way to the destination.

Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International (abbreviated to E-USPS DELCON INTL) is a service available for First-Class Package International Service shipments to select destination countries. Learn more about E-USPS DELCON INTL.

Tracking is available via E-USPS DELCON ITNL for First-Class International Package Service shipments with the following package types:

  • Thick envelope

  • Package

The following countries are eligible for international tracking to the destination via E-USPS DELCON INTL:

  • Australia

  • Belarus

  • Belgium

  • Canada

  • Croatia

  • Cyprus

  • Denmark

  • Estonia

  • France

  • Georgia, Republic of

  • Germany

  • Gibraltar

  • Hong Kong

  • Iceland

  • Indonesia

  • Israel

  • Japan

  • Lebanon

  • Lithuania

  • Luxembourg

  • Malaysia

  • Malta

  • Netherlands

  • New Zealand

  • Poland

  • Portugal

  • Romania

  • Singapore

  • Thailand

  • Turkey

  • United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
