Once you are prompted for your Yahoo Store information:
-
In another browser tab or window, log in to your Yahoo account, then navigate to Control Panels and select Store.
-
Select Real-Time Links under Order Settings.

From the Real-Time Links, select the option for API Settings.
Note
Make sure your Yahoo plan includes support for third-party API settings.

Partner ID: ypa-001712504399
-
The next Add Partner window will display four options. Check the boxes next to the Order API and Catalog API entries and click Next.

Yahoo will send an email containing your Yahoo Store ID and Partner Access Token, as seen below.

Yahoo requires ShippingEasy to provide the oldest order ID that you want to be brought into ShippingEasy. This provides a starting point for loading data from your Yahoo account into ShippingEasy. For example, if the oldest order ID that you want to ship from ShippingEasy is 3455, then enter that value as the Starting Order ID.
-
Click the Save button.
ShippingEasy's Yahoo integration supports the following features and order data fields:
Yahoo does not define an SKU field. There are two fields in each Yahoo product that could be used as an SKU: ID and Code.
By default, ShippingEasy uses the Yahoo ID as an SKU. But you can have ShippingEasy use Yahoo's Code field instead.
Configure ShippingEasy to use Yahoo's Code field for SKU:
-
Select SETTINGS from the navigation bar.
-
Click on STORES & ORDERS under INTEGRATION.
-
Click Edit store settings for your Yahoo store.
-
Click on the "Products" tab.
-
Check the box for the option to Use Yahoo Code for ShippingEasy SKU.
-
Click the SAVE button and then you are done!
Note
If you change the value of Code for a product in your Yahoo store, you must re-publish before your Yahoo store will provide ShippingEasy with the new value for Code. Learn about publishing changes to your Yahoo store.
Syncing Orders:
-
If you have never received any orders and ShippingEasy is displaying an ALERT that your Yahoo store is disconnected, then it is likely that you do not have the ShippingEasy partner token entered in your Yahoo account. Learn how to access the partner token.
-
ShippingEasy will periodically query your Yahoo store for updates to your unshipped orders. If you have a very large quantity of unshipped orders present in ShippingEasy, this may result in the query timing out and an incomplete transfer of order data.
We recommend removing any old orders from ShippingEasy that you do not intend to ship through ShippingEasy. Here are a couple of options available to remove these orders:
Split Orders/Partial Shipping:
ShippingEasy will send the tracking number of each shipment back to Yahoo, but Yahoo does not support the partial shipment of a single line item within an order. As each tracking number is sent back to Yahoo from ShippingEasy, it will overwrite the previously sent tracking number. Only the most recent shipment's tracking number will be visible in the Yahoo user interface.
Combined Orders:
ShippingEasy will automatically update tracking numbers to both Yahoo orders after the combined order is shipped in ShippingEasy.
