Walmart integrates directly with ShippingEasy. Walmart is a platform for selling your products which makes it easy to receive orders and ship them to your customers. ShippingEasy will automatically send queries to read the orders from your Walmart account and then load them into our application. Once shipped, shipment data will be sent back to your Walmart store

Connect a Walmart Store to ShippingEasy

Retrieve your Walmart credentials

  1. Open another browser window or tab and log in to your Walmart Developer US-Seller account. Click here to log into your Walmart Developer account.

Your Walmart Developer credentials are the same as your Walmart Seller credentials.

  2. On the API Keys Management page, you will see a section called Production Keys for Solution Providers (Delegated Access).

Click on the 'select a solution provider' drop-down and select 'ShippingEasy' and then click 'Add Provider.'

  3. Choose 'Full Access' from the drop-down boxes on the ShippingEasy Key Permissions page then click Submit.

  4. A pop-up will appear with your Client ID and Client Secret.

The permission might take a few minutes to register within Walmart, because of this, we recommend that you wait up to twenty minutes after generating the code before inputting it into ShippingEasy.

Enter your Walmart credentials into ShippingEasy

  1. Select Walmart from the Platform drop-down menu.

  2. You will be prompted for your Walmart Client ID and Client Secret. Complete your store integration by entering your Walmart credentials into ShippingEasy.

  3. In Walmart: click to copy the Client ID.

  4. In ShippingEasy: paste the Client ID into the Client ID field.

  5. In Walmart: copy the Client Secret.

  6. In ShippingEasy: paste the Client Secret into the Client Secret field.

  7. Save these credentials.

To ensure adherence to Walmart seller policies, automatic download of orders will always be enabled.

That's it! Your store is connected to ShippingEasy!

Walmart Integration Notes

Order Updates

  • Split Orders/Partial Shipments: If an order is split and a portion is shipped, ShippingEasy will update the Walmart order status as "Partial", with the respective tracking number. Once the order is fully shipped, ShippingEasy will update the status to "Fulfilled" and send the remaining tracking information.

  • Editing Line Items: If the line items of a Walmart order are changed in any way in ShippingEasy, then ShippingEasy will not specify any line item information when sending the shipment information (carrier, service, tracking number, etc) back to Walmart. This will cause Walmart to mark all of the line items in the order as fulfilled.

  • If an order has been updated after it has been synced in ShippingEasy, some changes will update to ShippingEasy. For a list of what changes will update, see our article Edit Orders in Store - Changes that Update to ShippingEasy | FAQs.
