Jane is a popular boutique marketplace for selling women's fashion trends, home decor, and children's clothing. Jane integrates directly with ShippingEasy, making it easy for you to receive orders and ship them to your customers. ShippingEasy will automatically send queries to read the orders from your Jane account and then load them into our application. Once shipped, shipment data will be sent back to your Jane store.

  • You must have a live account with Jane.

Order Import Requirements:

  • Orders placed in the last 14 days will appear on the ORDERS page in ShippingEasy.

    If you have orders older than 14 days, you can create manual orders for these shipments. Learn more about creating manual orders.

Connect a Jane.com Store to ShippingEasy

How to connect your Jane store to an existing ShippingEasy account

  1. Select Jane.com from the Platform drop-down menu.

  2. Click Save, You will then be directed to Jane.com to grant ShippingEasy access to your Jane store. If you're not already logged into Jane.com, you will be prompted to do so.

  3. Click Authorize to grant ShippingEasy access to your Jane account.

That's it! Your store is connected to ShippingEasy!

Jane.com Standard Data Supported

ShippingEasy's Jane.com integration supports the following features and order data fields:

Jane.com Prohibits Confirmation Emails from ShippingEasy

Even though customer email addresses are displayed on Jane orders in ShippingEasy, Jane.com prohibits any additional shipping confirmation emails sent from ShippingEasy.

Jane automatically sends shipment confirmation emails to your customer once the tracking number for a shipment is sent back to Jane from ShippingEasy.

Supported Order Statuses

Jane.com does not recognize specific order statuses, so all Jane.com orders will sync to ShippingEasy as they are placed and will be mapped to the Awaiting Shipment status.

Syncing Orders

Jane.com has an Order Number and a Reference Number for each order processed through their system. Jane orders in ShippingEasy will display the Reference Number.

Editing Orders and Shipments

If you cancel an order in Jane.com, it will not be automatically canceled in ShippingEasy. You must manually clear the order. Learn more about deleting an order in ShippingEasy.

Email Notifications

Jane automatically sends shipment confirmation emails to your customer once their order has been shipped. Any additional confirmation notifications from ShippingEasy are not needed and are prohibited by Jane.com.
