Bonanza integrates directly with ShippingEasy to automatically import orders so you can quickly start shipping. Once shipped, shipment data will be sent back to Bonanza store.

Bonanza Integration Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • You must have a live account with Bonanza.

  • Bonanza username and password.

  • Users must be logged in as an Admin in Bonanza for the connection to a third party to go through.

Order Import Requirements

  • Include a Ship To address.

  • Checkout status for the order must be Payment Complete.

How to connect your Bonanza to an existing ShippingEasy account

  1. Select Bonanza from the Platform dropdown menu. Complete your store integration by adding your store URL.

  2. Enter your Username and Password into Bonanza.com to grant access.

  3. Click the Return To ShippingEasy button when you log in and your Bonanza store will be integrated with ShippingEasy.

Bonanza Order Data

Bonanza Standard Data Supported

ShippingEasy's Bonanza integration supports the following features and order data fields:

This integration allows you to define the Status Mappings for the store connection.

ShippingEasy will import the customer's email address with the order and can send customer shipment confirmation and delivery emails, which are configured in your Store Settings.

ShippingEasy will import the customer's phone number.

ShippingEasy will import the shipping method chosen by the customer at the time of checkout.

ShippingEasy will import the payment method used to pay for the order.

ShippingEasy will import discount and coupon information for the order.

ShippingEasy can determine if an order was placed as a gift.

Notes and comments can only be viewed in ShippingEasy.

ShippingEasy will import notes left by the customer at checkout or added to the order once it has been imported to ShippingEasy.

ShippingEasy allows you to consolidate multiple orders from a customer when they go to the same address.

ShippingEasy can split an order to accommodate changes in stock, different shipping locations, or multiple packaging needs.

The shipment status will update in the selling channel once a label is created.

Bonanza Integration Notes

  • If you cancel an order in Bonanza, it will not automatically be removed from ShippingEasy. Bonanza does not provide a way to update the status of an order to Cancelled.

  • Product weights will not sync into ShippingEasy. Bonanza does not provide the product or order weights so the product weight will need to specify in the ShippingEasy product catalog. Once all the SKUs in the product catalog have weights specified then ShippingEasy will automatically calculate the order weights for you! Learn more about adding product weights to the product catalog.

  • A duplicate shipment created from a Bonanza order will not update tracking back to the store.
