Authentication Methods: Log In to Your Account
ShippingEasy prioritizes your security as part of our commitment to providing an excellent user experience.
Enjoy more peace of mind by using one of two new methods to securely access your ShippingEasy account: Email Login Code or SMS Two-Factor Authentication.
Have more than one user? No worries! The authentication method is user-specific, offering choice and flexibility to suit their personal needs.
SMS Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) protects your account by sending a unique verification code to your phone via SMS (text) after you input your password. This code is needed to successfully log in, adding an extra layer of security.
With cyber threats on the rise, passwords alone are no longer enough to keep your accounts safe. Using an Email Login Code or SMS Two-Factor Authentication enhances security, improves convenience, and reduces password-related risks.
These sections tell how to enable, log in with, and disable SMS two-factor authentication.
Follow these steps to Enable SMS 2FA.
-
Enter the phone number, check the authorization check box, and click Verify Phone Number in the Enable SMS Two-Factor Authentication section.
-
Check the phone for the code that ShippingEasy sent via SMS text.
-
Enter that code in the text box and click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
SMS 2FA will now be required on the next login
