    Here are a few suggestions: 1) allow attachment of pictures or files to the notes 2) You must allow for searches of text in the notes fields!!! 3)Allow for automated emails based upon tags, so a sequence of emails that are separated by a few days when a tag exists. 4)Allow for text messaging SMS / MMS to customers when a phone number exists!   • Deleting old addresses or non-recommended addresses

    You need to be able to delete "old" addresses for a customer.  This helps cut back on human error of using an incorrect address for shipping .. especially when you are shipping multiple orders and working quickly.  [ view more | comment ]

     In the summary of "first order date" and "last order date" it only gives the Month and the day, (NO YEAR).  It would seem the year would be helpful.  As the data history accumulates it is important to know if the first order was Jan 10 2016 or 2017.  Currently you have to click into the customer to see it.  It is unknown on the summary screen.     It would be very very useful if in the customer section you could "code"  a customer so when they order it would flag or identify the customer in the order section. For Example Lets say there was a problem order you could flag the customer so when they reorder in the future we could triple check to make sure there is not a repeat.     Many of my orders are a few different line items and Ebay does not put them under one order.  They send them on several different orders.  The system codes that customer as a repeat customer when in fact they only purchased once.  The "first order and the "last order" have the same date.     If there could be a rule like if the first order date = the last order date make the customer status "new" it would solve the problem.    If we could have rules regarding customer stat...     I just did a quick run through customers beta after activating for our account. I realize this a beta preview with unfished features so just want to get your feedback early.  Here's a few items to consider: 1. As a shopify customer, most data matches what we already have when viewing a customer so will need to add more value here. Also, customer notes, etc - will they sync each way with shopify and amazon?     One feature that would be super useful is the ability to download customer data into an excel or csv file. This would be really great because you can then import customers email and phone number data into Facebook and create ad groups of previous customers to re-target them for other products!     It would be great to be able to send emails with different fonts, pictures etc.  Its marketing so it needs to look good. We need to be able to add logo and add active links of web sites to the email. I noticed that the email comes <messages@customers.shippingeasyemail.com> is there a way for it to come from my email account address.  It also seems like it will get sent to spam or junk or clutter because of the address it is coming from.   Would also be nice to personalize ...     On my orders tab  I would like to see the customer status on incoming orders (New Repeat or aged)  This would allow me to insert notes or promo items into the package while it's being shipped.  If the field customer status and last order could be part of my order screen it would be added value to me.   • Amazon order numbers are too long to display last order information

    The default customer page has columns labeled First Order and Last Order which are formatted as order-number/date.  Amazon order numbers are 19 characters long which prevents the date information from showing.  This situation limits the usefulness.  Also, being able to sort by column and customize column information would be very helpful.  I can't tell what the default sort order is or what column the display is sorted on.  Seems to be random.       [ view more | comment ]

    I would like to see customer rules available similar to shipping rules setup. I would like to automatically add tags to customers. For example, if a customer bought an item with the word "snow globe" in the title, the customer would be tagged with "snow globe".  If the customer bought an item with the word "paris", the customer would be tagged with "paris" Thanks, Nathan [ view more | comment ]

    I would love to see a way where existing customers in our database can be automatically synced to this customer list. We already have a user/subscriber/customer database- but is not nearly as readable  I would also love to see automatic order syncing with our brick & mortar store.     How many customers can potentially be included in "mass" emails?  Also, say I emailed a customer and after page refreshed, the email will become a link. What about customers' replies.....do they stay in their particular profiles and get saved as well?     Just signed up, 2 things on my wish list right off the bat.  I would like to be able to see the number of orders as a column in the default display. It would be terrific if this could tie in with the order system to somehow alert us or flag and order from a repeat customer.  I would like add a customized Thank you note to that packing slip for example, or include a freebie gift, etc.  In other words let them know we realize they are a returning customer.
