Campaign Opt-In

We would like to request a feature that would allow an automated email to be sent to eBay customers after they place an order, inviting them to opt-in to our campaigns/newsletters. The customers who click the link to opt in would be categorized as "OK for Marketing" in ShippingEasy, while those who do not opt in would remain "Transactional-Only".    Thank you.

First Impression

Just signed up, 2 things on my wish list right off the bat.  I would like to be able to see the number of orders as a column in the default display. It would be terrific if this could tie in with the order system to somehow alert us or flag and order from a repeat customer.  I would like add a customized Thank you note to that packing slip for example, or include a freebie gift, etc.  In other words let them know we realize they are a returning customer.

Niche social media icon

I'm in the craft supplies industry and we participate in several social media websites unique to the industry.  I would like to put the icon and link in my emails.  How can I upload the icon and link to the social media content function?  This is a feature that I have never seen in any other email marketing program, but I think it would be well used.

Ability to use variables and liquid tags in links in email templates

We would like to use tags and liquid in the <a href tags in email templates to pass certain data point back to our store. Example would be: <a href="https://ourstore.com/order/?ordernumber={{shipment.order_number}}&tracking_number={{shipment.tracking_number}"... That now doesn't work as your WYSIWYG or tracking system converts liquid tags into URL friendly characters, e.g. {{tag}} into %7B%7Btag%7D%7D

Amazon Feedback and review email must haves

Hello, I'm in the process of switching over all my automated feedback and review request emails to Shippng Easy, but there a couple features that are deal breakers and must haves in order to properly request reviews and feedback. 1) Automatic don't send emails for items that were returned: If a customer returns an item, 99 times out of 100 they are upset, so we need to make sure these customers never get a feedback request email. 2) Ability to blacklist customers: lets say...

Sending One Time Campaign to Multiple Lists at One time

It would be nice to select multiple lists to send certain one time email campaigns to. This way all of the metrics/analytics are in one place and I don't have to duplicate the email to send to each list it applies to.

Status of a customer

On my orders tab  I would like to see the customer status on incoming orders (New Repeat or aged)  This would allow me to insert notes or promo items into the package while it's being shipped.  If the field customer status and last order could be part of my order screen it would be added value to me. Image Size Uploading

When making email campaigns, all my pictures are always too big and I have to resize in Paint so they will upload into ShippingEasy email. I'd like to make a suggestion for a new feature on ShippingEasy. I'd love if when a picture is uploaded, it automatically resizes it to an acceptable size to be uploaded. I spend a lot of time resizing photos in Paint before going to ShippingEasy to create a campaign so I'd like it to be faster and easier.

Automated email when cancelling a label

Currently when I cancel a label (usually because I made a wrong selection) to let the customer know to disregard the tracking # I have to go into my email system, copy & paste the customers email, copy & paste the tracking # and create the email. I have also received contacts from customers confused when I failed to send them an email.   It would be nice to have the option to create an email template which would automatically send an email to the customer letting them know...

Feature requests for the customers beta

Here are a few suggestions: 1) allow attachment of pictures or files to the notes 2) You must allow for searches of text in the notes fields!!! 3)Allow for automated emails based upon tags, so a sequence of emails that are separated by a few days when a tag exists. 4)Allow for text messaging SMS / MMS to customers when a phone number exists! You could do an integration with Twilo or something similar.

I just did a quick run through customers beta after activating for our account. Amazon Feedback Management Notification Email

It seems like a waste of time to get almost daily emails that a new negative review was found.  When I follow through, there is only 1 negative review and it was up to 30 days ago and already handled.  I don't mind getting an email for new notifications (positive or negative), just don't keep emailing me the exact same notifications over and over.   Would seem to really make sense to only send the notification email when a new review is found for either the product or sel...

Amazon feedback notices

Current feedback email reports are not useful but could be.  Currently, too much info to sort through.  SE is not the only thing I and most of you deal with everyday.  I only want to see negative reviews and negative feedback.  I don't want to have to read through pages of to find the problems that require immediate attention.

Pop-up Sign up form

We really need a PopUp for the sign up form.  Most people won't click on a menu item called "subscribe".  They won't even look for a form on your home page.  It needs to be place in front of them when they visit the site. It also needs to have the option to NOT popup on every page - just once about 5 seconds after they land on their first visit.

Campaign Audience - Contact list suggestion

There are many options for creating lists but I don't see any option to delete contacts. There are B2B contacts that should not receive our promotional emails. They are simply there because we shipped a package to them.  Culling through the list is time consuming. There are also "dummy" contacts leftover from our testing phase that need to be deleted. I will investigate "tags" but a simple "delete" option would be nice.

Add true boolean options for automated email campaigns

Right now you can only use the "AND" to add additional conditions. What would be nice is to allow for boolean in the text box where we enter the condition. Say I want to send a reminder email for any customers that have purchased products that contain ANY of the following in their name: "oil, fluid, cleaner, or pads" There's currently no way to do this.  You could use a category, but Shipping Easy doesn't import product associate categories automatically from my store.  So...

Show Returns On Customer Contacts Page

In the Customer Marketing / Contacts area when looking at any specific customer's account history you can see all of the order history, email history and email campaign lists history but when we generate a return label from one of their past orders it does not show up in here anywhere. Sort by Business Name in Marketing Contact List

The email marketing contact list can be sorted by a decent amount of fields but one that is missing is being able to sort by Business Name. From there you can create a specific email list for businesses separate from basic end-user customers.  Also, with some investigation, I noticed that the contact list does not have a place for a Business Name. PHONE APP

 I would love to see a phone app. my home computer wont link to my wifi printer so I have to set the shipping order up on the computer then log in to the site with my phone and try to maneuver to print the label with my phone. please make this easier with a phone app.

Average Daily Revenue

Please add to Marketing Dashboard under Averages this month the following: Revenue per Day. UPDATE: I see the new marketing dashboard which when looking at the day selection gives the above answer for one day only. It would be nice to see this as an Average Daily Revenue when displayed by week, month, year.

Able to put an Unsubscribe button anywhere in a Campaign

We sent out a one-time Campaign, a few customers said they could not find the unsubscribe button on the bottom. We knew there was one, so it isnt a HUGE deal. But we would like to provide a unsubscribe button ANYWHERE we would like in the e-mail, so that we give EVERY customer a chance to be able to unsubscribe, and not have to go through the process of e-mailing us to unsubscribe them.    Thank you

Volusion Cart Abandonment Emails Feature

Volusion currently only allows a merchant to send emails manually to recapture abandoned cart customers. Cumbersome and very unfortunate. I hope some day in the future Shipping Easy will offer this feature, making the entire process automated.

Addition of formatting options on packing slip
