  • Campaign Audience - Contact list suggestion

    There are many options for creating lists but I don't see any option to delete contacts. There are B2B contacts that should not receive our promotional emails. They are simply there because we shipped a package to them.  Culling through the list is time consuming. There are also "dummy" contacts leftover from our testing phase that need to be deleted. I will investigate "tags" but a simple "delete" option would be nice. [ view more | comment ]

  • Add true boolean options for automated email campaigns

    Right now you can only use the "AND" to add additional conditions. What would be nice is to allow for boolean in the text box where we enter the condition. Say I want to send a reminder email for any customers that have purchased products that contain ANY of the following in their name: "oil, fluid, cleaner, or pads" There's currently no way to do this.  You could use a category, but Shipping Easy doesn't import product associate categories automatically from my store.  So...     It appears that the # of of reviews showing in the product review statistics is misleading.  I have 1 review for an item with 3 variations and it shows that I have 3 reviews and asks me to respond to all three.  Not sure what would actually happen if I did comment to all three. Does look like it is possible to leave a review on the parent ASIN and then it only shows up 1 time in the statistics. It would be great if it only showed as 1 review either way.     In the Customer Marketing / Contacts area when looking at any specific customer's account history you can see all of the order history, email history and email campaign lists history but when we generate a return label from one of their past orders it does not show up in here anywhere. It would be nice to see this return order data show up in here when a customer returns something so we could easily see repeat returns for the same customer similar to how we can see all the...   • Sort by Business Name in Marketing Contact List

    The email marketing contact list can be sorted by a decent amount of fields but one that is missing is being able to sort by Business Name. From there you can create a specific email list for businesses separate from basic end-user customers.  Also, with some investigation, I noticed that the contact list does not have a place for a Business Name.     Please add to Marketing Dashboard under Averages this month the following: Revenue per Day. UPDATE: I see the new marketing dashboard which when looking at the day selection gives the above answer for one day only.   • Ability to use variables and liquid tags in links in email templates

    We would like to use tags and liquid in the <a href tags in email templates to pass certain data point back to our store. Example would be: <a href="https://ourstore.com/order/?ordernumber={{shipment.order_number}}&tracking_number={{shipment.tracking_number}"... That now doesn't work as your WYSIWYG or tracking system converts liquid tags into URL friendly characters, e.g. {{tag}} into %7B%7Btag%7D%7D [ view more | comment ]

  • Able to put an Unsubscribe button anywhere in a Campaign

    We sent out a one-time Campaign, a few customers said they could not find the unsubscribe button on the bottom. We knew there was one, so it isnt a HUGE deal. But we would like to provide a unsubscribe button ANYWHERE we would like in the e-mail, so that we give EVERY customer a chance to be able to unsubscribe, and not have to go through the process of e-mailing us to unsubscribe them.    Thank you [ view more | comment ]

  • Automated email when cancelling a label

    Currently when I cancel a label (usually because I made a wrong selection) to let the customer know to disregard the tracking # I have to go into my email system, copy & paste the customers email, copy & paste the tracking # and create the email. I have also received contacts from customers confused when I failed to send them an email.   It would be nice to have the option to create an email template which would automatically send an email to the customer letting them know...     We would like to request a feature that would allow an automated email to be sent to eBay customers after they place an order, inviting them to opt-in to our campaigns/newsletters. The customers who click the link to opt in would be categorized as "OK for Marketing" in ShippingEasy, while those who do not opt in would remain "Transactional-Only".    Thank you.     It appears that it's easy to add new tags to a given customer - you can do this by uploading or clicking/adding in the customer control grid. Removing tags from customers? Not so easy. Re-importing the customer without the tag doesn't do it, and there's no "Remove Tag" option.  This is pretty important - you've got to be able to remove the tags as easily as you can add them.  That said, the customer management platform is a fantastic addition to ShippingEasy's functionalit...   • Deleting all my customers saved addresses at one time

    Hello there,  I would love the ability to delete all of my customer addresses (6k at this point) with a few clicks versus individually. My intention would be to delete them all weekly, and upload a new CSV file upon deletion. This would help my business tremendously as many of my customers are military folks that move often.     Here are a few suggestions: 1) allow attachment of pictures or files to the notes 2) You must allow for searches of text in the notes fields!!! 3)Allow for automated emails based upon tags, so a sequence of emails that are separated by a few days when a tag exists. 4)Allow for text messaging SMS / MMS to customers when a phone number exists!      In the summary of "first order date" and "last order date" it only gives the Month and the day, (NO YEAR).  It would seem the year would be helpful.  As the data history accumulates it is important to know if the first order was Jan 10 2016 or 2017.  Currently you have to click into the customer to see it.  It is unknown on the summary screen.     It would be very very useful if in the customer section you could "code"  a customer so when they order it would flag or identify the customer in the order section. For Example Lets say there was a problem order you could flag the customer so when they reorder in the future we could triple check to make sure there is not a repeat.     Many of my orders are a few different line items and Ebay does not put them under one order.  They send them on several different orders.  The system codes that customer as a repeat customer when in fact they only purchased once.  The "first order and the "last order" have the same date.     If there could be a rule like if the first order date = the last order date make the customer status "new" it would solve the problem.    If we could have rules regarding customer stat...
