    I'm trying to print my first return label and keep getting this error: LABEL FAILED This is the error message we've received back from USPS: Missing or invalid element: FromState.     your company has made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to contact anyone to add the Endicia Pay On Use Return Labels onto my account. I have already added the option through Endicia and have agreed to the terms and put the deposit (200) down to use this feature. I have tried to use it and no return label is generating.     I've been trying for 2 hours to print a UPS label for a manually entered order. The original labels were formatted incorrectly, so I had to delete the shipment and request a refund for my postage paid. Second try, I tried to "duplicate label", paid again for postage, but found it just duplicated the original error.     I have separate First Class and Expedited Indicia accounts.  I entered an order and it was showing no postage available even though I had a balance in my first class account.  This was an Express shipment so I added $10 to the Express Indicia account.  But when I went back to the shipment it was still showing $0 available.  I bought $10 from that screen and could then print the label.  But I still have the $10 showing as a balance and the remaininig $2.70 from the second $...     When I select certain products of an order to be fulfilled via ShippingEasy it does not sync with Shopify and Shopify will mark the entire order as fulfilled. How can a partially fulfilled order correctly sync to Shopify? [ view more | comment ]

  • Issues Synching Orders From StitchLabs To Shipping Easy

    My Orders are not synching from StitchLabs to Shipping Easy. All orders are marked as "Fully Billed / Ready For Payment" and have invoices. I have manually synched both accounts multiple times (waiting 10 min between each synch) and only 3 of my 15 or so orders have shown up in the past hour and a half.  Please help, I have many orders that need to be ready for shipment by tomorrow morning.   [ view more | comment ]

    We have a frustrating issue that has ShippingEasy stumped, and wondered if anyone else has this issue? We process our orders by scanning a barcode on the packing slip that pulls up the right order. Then we weigh and label the order. The problem is that occasionally ShippingEasy prints the wrong label entirely, for a different order.     Hello, I am using OpenCart 2.3.0.2 as my storefront, and using PayPal to process customer payments (both PayPal and Credit/Debit card payments). I did some test orders in my OpenCart store, entered full address information, and the payments get processed thru PayPal just fine.     Everything was working fine until last week. Now ShippingEasy will no longer sync my Ecwid orders. ShippingEasy shows my store as 'Connected' in the Integration settings.     Hi! I have uninstalled and installed ConnectEasy multiple times and have the most up-to-date version of ConnectEasy, yet labels do not print when I click "print now." If I create a PDF and print from a PDF, the print job works, so it is not the printer.       I am trying to create shipping labels for orders invoiced through Paypal. It appears that 19 of my orders have successfully pulled into ShippingEasy but I have 13 remaining orders on PayPal that have not synced. All invoices were made and paid from 5/18-5/22. Some invoices from the 18th have come over but the remainder have not.     I have been having issues printing labels since this afternoon.  They process fine, but then when I go to print they are not loading to allow me to print them.  I thought it was an isolated incident and cancelled the original label and duplicated it to create a new label, but I am still having the same problem.     I cleaned up old orders on my order page by marking as shipped, but did not actually create any labels. It appears that Shipping Easy has counted those orders as Labels and my monthly label account has been far exceeded (201), but the actual labels I printed are still well under.     Hello! Our current primary issue is that the ConnectEasy won't start on MacOS Sierra 10.12.3.
