  • Double Charged and no way to get help!

    I just got an invoice from UPS.    It turns out they are charging me when I already paid for the label on shipping easy! I've spent an hour trying to figure out how to talk to support to figure out what happened and why shipping easy charged me and then UPS is charging me same amount!   I need help.     Yesterday on 4/3/19, I attempted to ship to orders and only one label was able to process. The other kept rejecting. I soon realize that there was an issue on the endicia postage side which was causing this. I should of had the $8 dollars and cents available to send this label after the problem was rectified on your providers end. But nevertheless my funds are incorrect and showing only .3 cents now.     I entered all my info for the creation of USPS and it created an Enidica account. I can not login to Endicia as it was "Welcome Mark | logout" next to "my account" when I login but the login / username and password still show on the screen and clicking anything removes "welcome Mark: and it goes back to login.     Since the integration a few days ago, my ship from address has my ZIP Code as 37013-1823-1823.  I can't ship anything now because I can't change the double number on my ZIP Code (1823).  It should say 37013-1823.  When I go to print, it is giving me an error saying that can't find that ZIP Code.  I never got this till a few days ago.  If I go into my addresses within shipping easy, and eBay, my ZIP Code is correct.  For some reason it is getting changed and in a...     Hi! Can you please help me get some support for this issue?   A package I sent to a client was bypassed by the post office. They insisted she come to the PO to pick it up AND pay over $8 for the shipping.   I now need to refund her for the shipping.   • Incorrect delivery status

    I'm having several tracking numbers, that shows delivery status (when hovering mouse over the clock, in Shipment History) as "In Transit - Out For Delivery", when in fact it was delivered, and clicking on the USPS tracking number link, shows it was delivered. 1 for example, I have the oldest tracking 9400110298370866425629, which was actually delivered on Feb 4th, but your platform still shows as Out For Delivery.I tried clearing cache and cookies, and still same...     We are getting commercial base rates with USPS, however Shippingeasy is charging us the non-commercial rate for the priority mail 2-day small flat rate envelope.   With our commercial rate it should be $6.95 but Shippingeasy is charging $7.17.     I'm having a problem - from the WordPress dash I try to update the Shipping Easy plugin to my WooCommerce store. But it won't update. I go to Woocommerce subscription area, but it won't allow me to renew the plugin - it says it is expired but no option to renew.     I am having a very hard time combining orders that were previously split via a rule.  I've tried a bunch of different scenarios and I'm really frustrated because I don't understand if this is a bug or just set up this way by design.   I'm on a free trial and this is the only issue preventing me from upgrading.  I need to know if there's a workaround.     Woocommerce stopped syncing sometime in December, and now seems to occasionally sync but always incompletely and sporadically. 1) In Woocommerce Settings -> Advanced - Rest API, I could verify that ShippingEasy was most recently connecting to the store at the same time that the ShippingEasy admin said it was (4:37pm) 2) Despite this, in the ShippingEasy admin I archived that store and created a new store.  I synched that store, and after 45 minutes, no orders are appear...     It would be a useful feature to be able to choose what CSV store to choose from when hitting the "Manual Order" button. We use manual orders to make corrections on shipping labels that we have already created incorrectly.     1ST why is the csv request (download csv pick list all orders)sent as email containing a link to process that pop ups a screen to down load in stead of just going to the download save screen.     Hello, I have alerted you over a month ago, nothing has been done, and this needs to be fixed asap please! I use SE to send FBA stock levels to other stores, but when these items sell on Amazon FBA, the stock levels never send updates to our stores.   • Inventory Management Overselling w/ Amazon Pending Orders

    When Amazon places orders in Pending, they subtract stock internally, within their stock system, which is not passed over to ShippingEasy's Inventory Management system. In return, this allows other stores connected to inventory management to sell the product(s).
