  • Proactively Linking Product Catalog SKUs to Stores for Multi-Channel Sellers?

    Please confirm that this is the case:  ShippingEasy cannot proactively send quantity updates to Ebay or Amazon until an order for that SKU has come from that marketplace.  If we've had an order for a SKU from Ebay but not Amazon, then ShippingEasy can control that SKU on Ebay but not Amazon. It seems like it will take a fatal number of order defects before ShippingEasy is able to actually manage our inventory across Ebay, Amazon, and Shopify.  I feel like I must be misunde...   • Sync Updates/Changes to Products Across Sales Channels

    We use ChannelAdvisor to control our inventory. However, anytime we update a product in ChannelAdvisor, we also have to update it in Shipping Easy. Anytime a  product's title, picture, sku, location, weight, dimensions, etc is updated in ChannelAdvisor or any other multi-channel platform, the updates should take effect in Shipping Easy as well. We have noticed Shipping Easy will ignore an order if the change is made in ChannelAdvisor, but not on Shipping Easy. [ view more | comment ]

    I sell on Amazon, eBay and Shopify and am currently using ShippingEasy for shipping orders. I currently use ecomdash for inventory control and am considering changing. Many of my products are single quantity or low quantity.  My concern is the timing to minimize the occurrence of overselling a product. How often are orders pulled? I know that orders for shipping are pulled once per hour (unless I manually sync).  Is it going to still be the same for inventory control? Aft... [ view more | comment ]

  • Error in inventory quantity update

    For the first time I uploaded the inventory file to ShippingEasy and processed the first order today. However, the inventory level did not change. E.g. if I had 5 item A's, I still had 5 of them in the inventory page after processing the order. The only reason that comes to my mind is that perhaps the order was placed before I uploaded the inventory to ShippingEasy? Can you identify the reason why the inventory didn't update?     I ship vitamins all over the world. Some countries will reject packages that contain unknown products, like when the commercial invoice displays the name of the actual product and not the tariff description. For example: I sell 700 diff vitamins - 700 different titles. The tariff description for all 700 is Other Food Preparations. This is a term that customs is familiar with and accepts usually.     When adding products to a PO there is a field to edit what the supplier SKU is, obviously to help the supplier. Should this info already be included in the product details? There should be another field on the product details for supplier SKU. [ view more | comment ]

    https://app.shippingeasy.com/inventory/suppliers Can you whiten out the "Next" button if there isn't a second page of suppliers. Once I click suppliers on the next page and there aren't any, the page shows as if there are no suppliers until I refresh the page. [ view more | comment ]

    Is there anyway to display more product info as products are added to a PO? Can there also be an option to see how many products have been sold during a certain period of time? Is there anyway for the system to automatically generate the cost price from each product? Perhaps the cost of a product should be added to the product catalog for this.   [ view more | comment ]

    Make a column that says “Sold (last 6 months)” and should provide the total sold in the last 6 months to help customers determine how much to order at once. The "6 months" should be optional, a customer should be able to change that longer/shorter.  [ view more | comment ]

  • Manual Order Entry - Entering the "item" name that doesn't exist in the inventory list

    When you enter an order manually there is field called "item". When you start typing the name of the item in that field the system gives you suggestions from the inventory list. However, when you don't enter the merchandise name as it is exactly in the inventory list then it still allows you to create an order. I wonder if there is any solution to this?
