    Hello, The new sign up forms are great! We need the ability to automatically send an email(s) when a customer uses the sign up form, otherwise there would be no reason to use the form?     Unfortunately ShippingEasy won't work for us anymore because our wholesale platform doesn't integrate directly.  That normally wouldn't be a problem because we could manually upload orders, but the orders.csv file that is generated from our store always includes many orders (not just new orders) because often the status has been updated or items have changed due to backorders, etc. We need the order import process to recognize duplicate orders and update them instead of ju...     We use Shipping Easy to ship 8-10k orders a month, and growing. As we try to better manage this process, we need a report that we can run, within a selected  date range, that shows an average "days to ship" (from order date to ship date).     I can't believe this isn't a feature. I ship orders weekly (a couple hundred are open at any given time typically), and I have to manually estimate shipping for every order so I can budget how much the shipping will likely be.   • Bulk edit/remove tags on Contacts menu needs to be wide instead of long

    The previous person in charge of uploading our contacts to the database did it incorrectly for THOUSANDS of our contacts. When I attempt to use the "Remove Tags" feature after selecting all contacts, the pop up list of tags to deselect is way too long on the screen and can not be used as there is no way to scroll to the bottom of the list to submit the "de-selections."     I would love to have a better report for email campaigns. I love that I can handle our email marketing through shipping easy but the reporting is definitely not as user friendly as other popular sites.     We do fulfillment for some of our clients and it would be great to set user permissions by store assigned to user so clients could only see anything connected to their user.  For example: I have a client selling on ebay and another one selling on Amazon, if I provide permissions to them, they will see each others orders, reports,products etc. I think this will be a great feature for many warehouses like ourselves.    [ view more | comment ]

    We have a woocommerce store selling seeds and plants specifically for butterflies.  Very frequently we have customers that want their plants shipped at specific times because of weather and frost dates in their area.  We capture a "ship date" (or delivery date) from our checkout page but have no way to automatically see that date in Shipping Easy.  We are currently utilizing the "Internal Notes" to figure out when to ship each order but this requires us searching through t...     Is there a way to place an icon on any Shipment going to a customer that has been shipped to in the past. I would match on the exact address and email address and do the calculation in SQL. Perhaps an asynchronous call could be made and the icon could show up in the interface if the order is for a repeat customer to a matching address. Why the need: Many addresses don't validate.     Hey Shipping Easy, I'm using your API to create orders and pull out status information when it ships which all seems to be working pretty well.  However, it doesn't appear there is a way to update an address of an unshipped package via the API.  Could you please add that ability as it seems to be basic and necessary functionality?     I'd love to see Shipping Easy create their own returns page add-on. So customers or shop owners can initiate a return, process the return, and refund via Shopify.   • Splitting orders and removing items

    We frequently remove entire lines or split lines within an order when items are out of stock or partially out of stock.  I would love to see the editing done in a list format where it possible to edit the number of items per line as well as remove items.  I am not a fan of the checkbox system.  I would like to remove part of an order and have it group together automatically with one submit button call to action.     I would greatly appreciate if you could consider this.   ...     It would be nice to have better reporting options where we can essentially pull any data field that we have in Shipping Easy to create custom reports.  Specifically it would be nice to be able to do multi-line exports with orders so that each additional item ordered shows on a different line instead of combined in one cell.  Something like this, but with all the details.     Would be helpful and more productive to have a "Clear Order" in the pull down for Actions on the orders page. Instead, you have to check a box and then go to more and then clear orders.     We went to the trouble of using Shopify's order number prefix so we could match our ecommerce orders with order numbers in our ERP software.  This allows our shipping invoice audit team to easily match Fedex bills with their respective orders.  As a company we ship hundreds of shipments every day and not only does SE not download the full order number correctly, but the workaround "Alternate Order Number" is useless because it is not an option for the Fedex reference field...     Not sure why this isn't automated.  It caught me off guard a couple times when customers were emailing asking for tracking information, I thought something was wrong with the email notifications.   We ship a mix of from our store and drop ship, sometimes splitting orders to do so.   • Removing / Splitting specific items or product categories from an order

    We would like to remove or split orders with rules but we only found the option to split the whole order by individual SKU, which doesn't give a lot of flexibility on selecting which items should be split. Especially for a large order with multiple items, we don't want to create multiple split orders, just remove specific items.   • WooCommerce Orders Not Syncing because they were created more than X days ago

    We have called ShippingEasy multiple times as some WooCommerce orders that were created X number of days ago (not sure what your setting for X is) are not showing up in S.E. even though their status = processing (i.e. paid for in WooCommerce). My most recent example was I had an order that was just paid for on 12/17, but was originally created on 12/3.  Your support team could do a sweep to fix it.
