    A developer of ours recently was looking into connecting our Xero account with ShippingEasy.  Right now you offer support to fetch orders and transfer them to xero. http://phpclientdemos.com/xero/shipping/lib/ShippingEasy.php   The way our accounting is set up, it would be most useful if ShippingEasy could provide an api to fetch the purchase orders that we input in ShippingEasy to be transferred to Xero.   Would this be something you could offer in the near future? view more / comment

  • Adding UPC Barcode to pick list and packing slips

    I need the ability to add the UPC Barcode to both my pick lists and packing slips so that I can streamline the picking and packing process.  The only ability ShippingEasy currently has to add a barcode is for the product SKU on the pick lists and there is no option for packing slips.  Because I sell on Amazon not all of my product SKUs are the actual UPC Barcode but are a randomly generated SKU by Amazon.  If ShippingEasy had the ability to add specifically the UPC Barcode... view more / comment

  • Using ConnectEasy for multiple ShippingEasy accounts on same computer

    I have 2 separate businesses that both use ShippingEasy, but have different accounts since the businesses are totally separate. I have ConnectEasy set up for one account and it is incredibly useful, saves a ton of time. But for my second account I still have to do the slow way of getting the label, then going to the ready to print screen, then clicking print, then it shows up as a pdf and then I have to print it.     We use Shopify and import orders from Amazon > Shopify > Shipping Easy. But Amazon has rules for shipping speed, packing slips, etc. We need an automated to see those orders with a different color code so we may treat them accordingly.  view more / comment

    This product assumes ShippingEasy has the ability to pull in Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay Fees via the API.If so, SE could create a report or export of each transaction, including Fees and shipping. This would be a great tool to validate sales against whatever Amazon tells us and even look at profit on a per-transaction basis.     We print separate pick lists for our different stores. i.e. Walmart, Amazon, etc. It would be very beneficial to have the store names printed on the top of the pick lists to help differentiate to help with our pull order processing.  view more / comment

    Is it possible to create an integration (module?) to be able to use ShippingEasy with the litecart shopping cart (litecart.net)? This is a minimalist and very fast shopping cart from Sweden that is about 7 years old and has a growing user base.  It has everything I need, works with the Stripe payment method that I use and I hope that somebody can easily make ShippingEasy and litecart work well together.     I think a large RED or colorful SYNC button would be a nice addition to Shipping Easy.  Along with a combined Auto Refresh or an Auto Refresh timer once the LARGE Sync Button is activated. The Sync button gets lost in the text.   Anyone...anyone...anyone...  :-)   view more / comment

    I currently pay $100 per month to an app that allows my customer orders to default to the nearest distributor. I have three locations in the US. Thus, if someone is on the east coast, their shipping comes from my Jersey location. It's a great app, but if ShippingEasy came up with their own version and integrated it into my account, that would be GREAT!!! It would save a step and be organized better.   • ODBC Export Shipping Data

    Request an OCBC driver for exporting data from ShippingEasy. The Read Only connection should be able to retrieve the data such as ordered, shipping method, tracking, associated postage, etc. The data could then be easily mapped (by us, the customers) into many external databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Access, Excel, FoxPro, etc. Think this would benefit a number of people once it is pointed out to them. view more / comment

  • Weekly status report on items not delivered

    Since we can only request a label refund on items that are under 30 days old, it would be helpful to have an automated weekly report emailed to us that shows all items that aren't delivered that are say three weeks old.  That was we can check the tracking and make sure the item in en route and if not, attempt to get a refund on the label.   view more / comment

    Hello, I have been trying to run this report for over a month, and this was the main reason I imported FBA data, but the report keeps saying:  Oops Hate it when this happens! The application encountered an internal error. Please retry or get in touch and we can help.     ShippingEasy lacks the ability to customize the Export Pick List CSV - All Orders. It would be great if we could export item price, order total, zip code, address 1, etc into csv cells. Shipstation offers great functionality in this regard. They have it as Export Order Line Items --> Customize Report. It would be fantastic if we could do this from a historical view too.     Would REALLY love to be able to see our label costs once created. We're using RR Donnelly and were assured this entire transition to ship internationally through your platform was going to be fast and simple. Well, it's been neither and while we are finally up and running it is VITAL that I be able to access the cost for each individual package, to make certain I have my perimeters set properly within Etsy.  view more / comment

    The majority of my products we make in our shop, so we have a SKU of bundled products for each of those. Then we have packages that we sell that consist of multiple SKU's of bundled products.     Hi there,   We love using ShippingEasy – it has made our job much more efficient.   I do have a suggestion if I might:   I’d love to see the top menu (which includes the Create Shipments, Group as Batch, Pick & Pack, Buy & Print buttons) to stay visible when scrolling down the orders.  This way I don’t have to scroll back up to click on Create Shipments; and I can readily click on the Shipments/Ready to Ship drop down.   I hope that I’ve explained my suggestion cle... view more / comment

  • Print Labels in Alphabetical Order

    It would be very helpful if labels could be printed in alphabetical order instead of order number sequence. Sometimes the order number is too small to see or just too long. Matching labels is easier with the full names.   After all of our labels are bulk printed, we spend time alphabetizing. On a normal day we have around 30-40 orders, so it doesn't take too long to sort it all out. But as we grow, this process is taking longer and longer.  view more / comment
