    Why am I receiving the following error when trying to ship a package to Canada from USA? "cannot be less than total customs items weight of 2 lb". When I go to, I am able to get a rate for a package weighing 1 lb. 5 oz.. Why can't I ship this package with ShippingEasy? view more / comment

  • Verify Shipping Address to Ireland

    Hi, We use Shipping Easy with our Storenvy store. I'm having a lot of trouble entering a verifiable shipping address for a customer in Ireland. I have verified with the customer that the address is correct. I have no trouble locating the address on Google Maps. I've tried to manually update the shipping info but cannot find any combination of formatting through shipping easy that will allow me to generate a verifiable shipping label. Please help.     Hello! I'm pretty new to shipping products and I have a question about nonmachinable surcharges. I read somewhere that running packages through machines can damage the items inside, and avoiding it would need either the package to meet nonmachinable requirements or to pay the surcharge. I'm confused about the surcharge part - if I do decide I want it nonmachinable, is there an option to click when creating the label? Or is it automatically included?   • Pulling Shopify Notes into Packing Slips

    We often put notes in the Shopify order details section after somebody makes an order. It is much smoother to use that jumping back and forth between shopify and ShippingEasy. The only issue is that I am trying to add these notes from Shopify into the packing slips, and I am unable to find a way how. I have messed around with some coding, but to no avail.   • Custom Packing Slip Printing on a separate page

    I created a custom packing slip that just excludes the default's price of order.  But when I print an order, it prints what looks to be similar to the default packing slip on the first page with the shipping label and then my custom packing slip on a second page... is there anyway I can get my custom packing slip to print on the first page with my shipping label? view more / comment

    I have both Endicia accounts connected but when I try to print 1st class I get this: I've reached out to them as indicated but no joy on an answer.  Any ideas what's missing I can look at?     Hi. I have SKU's on every product, however these do not show next to the item when I print an order to pick.  This is on my UK orders.     I was double charged for a shipment going through FedEx. I printed out a paid shipping label through ShippingEasy and dropped it off at FedEx. The next thing I see is a charge on my FedEx account and credit card for more than what I was quoted and they were charging me a second time for the shipment. I am searching for an invoice to show proof of payment to FedEx for the shipment and cannot find the area to show the proof of payment. How do I go about resolving this issue? view more / comment

    Hi.  I printed out a label to ship to canada for the first time.  The left side has a small customs form.  Three questions: - does that stay attached to label and get taped to the outside of the package? - do I need to sign the bottom of it where it says signature/date? -  It is going out first class international package.  can I use my own packaging without any special international indicators on it - other than the label with the customs form? view more / comment

    We developed plugin for NopCommerce and ShippingEasy. But we have some problems with one of our customers. He uses correct credentials. I checked them. He can send orders to ShippingEasy, but he can't read orders from ShippingEasy (method /stores/:store_api_key/orders). I checked all my code and noticed that I could read orders when I used my live site (only  for live site!!!). But I couldn't read orders from ShippingEasy when I used my PC...     Hello, I created (2) shipping labels on 7/11/16.  The label ending in -992 was never sent.  I cancelled the shipment back in July, but never received a refund to my account. When I just tried to cancel again, I got a message in red stating that the data could not be found.     I have been charged on my 2 previous billing cycles for a Basic Plan, but my account type never changed. I also never authorized these charges, though I'd like to be able to use the services of a Basic plan if I was going to be charged for it anyway..     Only some of our orders on Shopify go to Shipping Easy and the rest we have to manually write out labels and take it to the post office.  Can you tell me how I can fix this please?  It's really weird that like every other order shows up and the others are skipped.  I can't figure out why.
