    In an effort to streamline our shipping volume, it would be very helpful to be able to establish rules to allow certain items/quantities to be shipped in pre-determined packages, based on packages established in the Package Setup in Shipment Settings. It seems that most of the "IF" criteria is already configured in RULES, but the "THEN" criteria for Package Name needs to be added, linking to the various package names saved in Package Setup.     I have been unable to get support for canceling a label from UPS or the local UPS store. I created a UPS Label on 5/2. I packed the box and took it to a local 3rd party UPS shipment store. They scanned the package in and minutes after I left the store, my customer cancelled their order. I went back into the store and picked the box back up.     I am trying to buy postage and get the response " The account credit card’s expiration date has passed.   • Syncing New Products/SKUs to store quantities

    Is there a surefire way to sync new products added manually in shipping easy and then ebay/Amazon with the same SKUs?  I used to be able to get them to sync after fiddling with the syncing page, but as for the last few weeks I have not been able to sync these new products and get the quantities to go through for the newly added SKUs.     I tried out SHIPPINGEASY in early January & found out that it wasn't for me.  So I canceled out.  Then I get a mysterious charge ($29.00) on my credit card.  THIS IS NOT RIGHT!  I request a refund.  Please take care of this.  By the way, I can't even get into my account any more, because IT HAS BEEN CLOSED!  Therefore I now don't even have the option of talking to anyone anymore.  HELP!  Please take care of this.     I just purchased International postage with insurance.  The Label has printed 3 pages (Customs Declaration, Postage, and Dispatch Note).  Nowhere does it state insurance has been purchased.  In fact the "Insured Value" box is blank.However, inside my Shipment History it states that I have in fact purchased insurance.Is this normal, am I supposed to now hand write the insurance details on the label?     Many times a customer places 2 separate orders on the same day from Amazon or our website.  We receive so many orders that we rarely notice.  Would be helpful to know that there are 2 packages going to same person so we can combine the orders and only pay for shipping once!!     I'm losing my mind over here. When I'm in the final stage, all the addresses are in blue meaning they should be all set. However, once I complete the upload and the orders appear in my order log -- they are ALL UNVERIFIED.     Hi, We use Shipping Easy with our Storenvy store. I'm having a lot of trouble entering a verifiable shipping address for a customer in Ireland. I have verified with the customer that the address is correct. I have no trouble locating the address on Google Maps. I've tried to manually update the shipping info but cannot find any combination of formatting through shipping easy that will allow me to generate a verifiable shipping label. Please help. Thanks! I read somewhere that running packages through machines can damage the items inside, and avoiding it would need either the package to meet nonmachinable requirements or to pay the surcharge.     We often put notes in the Shopify order details section after somebody makes an order. It is much smoother to use that jumping back and forth between shopify and ShippingEasy.
