    I'm shipping with USPS, and I see options to add insurance, signature confirmation, and a return label, but I'm not seeing an option to add other postage options.     New user here and maybe a dumb question... I'd like to use ShippingEasy to track and manage inventory levels for sellable and non-sellable items. The non-sellable items are parts of a sellable unit. For example: (shoes + shoe box + shoe box label + shipping box). Only the shoes are purchasable, so I want ShippingEasy to update Shopify with the shoes inventory levels, but not the remaining items. How do I set this up? TIA! view more / comment

    I have been charged for postage that I did not purchase.  My bank account shows a charge of $50 postage on 12/1.  How is that even possible when today is 11/30?? My last postage purchase was on 11/28.  Help!! view more / comment

    Hi, I am curious whether orders imported from Ebay can be set up to automatically pass along the shipping method attached to that order.  We offer multiple shipping methods including expedited shipping options for each item that we sell, so setting up automation shipping method rules won't work for us if we have to cross check each imported order against what the customer selected at checkout.     We are running into an issue when we have more than 200 orders to be fulfilled at once. Your system doesn’t allow us to display more than 200 orders, and so we can’t print our whole pick list in one run. Working off of more than one pick list is difficult and confusing for our shipping team. Please let me know asap whether this issue will be resolved.     We ship out a lot of items using First Class Flat Shipping I added a .05oz 4x8x.05 "Bubble Mailer" as a Package Type. When making the Carrier Selection, if I choose this as my packaging, I'm not able to select the flat rates. Is there a way around this? Thanks!     I sent 9 USPS priority mail packages back on 11/10. I dropped rhem off at tbe same post office. 4 of them say they are delayed in transit in dofferent places in the Country and one arrives with postage due, the same amount I paid. I purchased the labels like I always do, used the same printer and label that I always do.     Over the weekend I received 3 orders in Ecwid.  The 1st 2 did not show up in Shipping Easy but the 3rd order did.  Then last night I received an order and it did not show up in Shipping Easy.  I just tried force sync with the sync button several times at 10:00pm CST and then looked at my settings in Shipping Easy and it shows that my last sync was at 12:41pm CST so clearly not syncing.  Can you please tell me how I can get this to work consistently?  It is very time-consum... view more / comment

    Hello,  I've been trying to integrate each Ebay store with Shipping Easy, so it would manage the inventory for each ad (update qty).     When I pull up shipping easy the login page does not come up but instead a blue page that says at the top big news single endicia account now available and at the bottom is a green box that I can click on to convert to 1 endicia account but I cannot do anything else besides this and I need to access our account to get orders out today!     I have 3 labels that I need a refund for but I cant get to the screen because I haven't converted my account to one account yet.  Can I get a refund for those labels after I convert?  How do I get the refunds because my only option at this point is the screen to convert.  I couldn't do it before because I was over my shipping limit for the month and I had to wait for my new month to start which was November 4th.  Please advise on how to continue.   view more / comment

    I'm not sure where to find this information, and I have looked in many places.     Maybe I'm misunderstanding.... I keep getting messages to convert to one Endencia account by today or I might not be able to ship anything until I do.  However, as far as I know, I only have ONE Endencia account.  Do I still need to convert?  I'm also noticing that, at least as of 10:55AM ET, I still have access to my account.  Can anyone tell me what the deal is?  I apologize for my ignorance.   view more / comment

     For the last 3 months I've had a purchased label sitting in my USPS "Ready to print" queue.  I don't want to print it because it was an accidental duplicate of a label I needed.  I don't even understand why the label was duplicated. The label number is Order M-072717-001 for $8.15.  Now with the endicia switch over, I think I need to do something, but I don't know if this is so.     I'm new here trying to get help setting up my account. I'm trying to start an E-commerce page, but struggling to figure out how to get shipping to work. I signed up for this in hopes it would help me, but when trying to integrate it to my e-commerce host there isn't an option.     Hi, We have an existing Endicia account. Can we use it or do we need to use the account shipping easy provides? Also, when I try to connect to my Endicia account, via settings/postage and carriers, all I get is a USPS page asking for a credit card #. I've created the account, connected to the stores and orders, but then it says I haven't set up to buy labels from USPS and when I click on it and put my card info in as well as the rest of my info it will not let me put in my address.     I have a package shipped via USPS that was returned withe the following notice: RETURN TO SENDER INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS UNABLE TO FORWARD RETURN TO SENDER   i have confirmed that the address is valid and that USPS.com fully recognizes the address as a valid delivery address.   I am assuming that this is an error on the part of the local delivery but i am not sure how to get them to pay for the postage they failed to deliver. view more / comment

    It seems in order to convert, it will delete the first class account, not merge. Why?Can't I just use the second account and keep the first account. What if I need it to look back on information through my history. I have made purchases of other things with that account. I want to keep it.
