  • How to Access My P.O.'S with the inventory disabled

    At one point we were using your inventory management system we currently are not, but I need access to the purchase orders, there mine but I don't have access.   • Flat Rate Shipping Option not displaying

    I have configured USPS shipping powered by Endicia in our Big Commerce store, but the Priority Mail Flat Rate options are never visible to the customer, even though they are selected to be so.  This is often a lot less expensive than regular Priority Mail.  Any ideas as to why this is not being displayed?  Thanks [ view more | comment ]

    I don't understand. I have a Fedex business account I connected. I input the same info in Shipping Easy and my Fedex to compare and shipping easy is about $5 more. I don't understand why it's so much more. Shouldn't it be the same? [ view more | comment ]

  • Where can I see additional postage paid

     I have only 3 packages where I know the weight was not correct.  I took it to post office and asked to pay the additional postage they said that it would be taken care of by my online shipper.  I see 2 items have arrived today, but where do I look to see the additional postage charge.  2 I had purchased at first class 4 ounces when should have been 9 and 1 purchased at 9 when should have been 11.  Where do I see this history?     I am in the trial period.  I wanted to set up UPS shipping NOT USPS.  I don't see a clear way to do that. It appears the only carrier I am being presented with is USPS.     I can't seem to get ahold of anyone.  The links for support on email etc, don't work.  I signed up for my LLR business, looked at the features and pricing and decided it wasn't for me.  I even had a conversation with someone from here about it and explained why I wanted to cancel.  Flash forward and I was charged just now for $19.  Please someone contact me and remove the charge.  I know another consultant who is in a similar situation and I guess its been really difficult...     Is this possible?   Currently when we generate packing slips or pick lists it displays the BUNDLE sku and not the individual skus in the bundle. We don't prebundle these items in our warehosue so we have to train our staff to read the descriptino and understand all the parts that go into this kit.     I made a label for shipping an order from Michigan to Canada using the new domestic transfer station option for international large envelop merchandise. It appears to have stalled in Chicago for over two weeks according to USPS tracking. I reported it to USPS but is ShippingEasy responsible?     I have connected LuLaRoe Bless to Shippingeasy to auto import customer addresses.  However, sometimes the ship to address imports as my address.  I have printed and mailed two packages now that had my address and just came back to me!     I currently sell on Amazon, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce (& Bonanza but I have to enter those manually); all the shops are integrated with ShippingEasy, which I love. I'm on the Starter Plan now and wonder if I upgrade will I be able to automatically send a customizable/personal New Order Confirmation to for each order?Do I have to upgrade to get that feature or is there an add-on to use instead?     HOW do I cancel ConnectEasy as it is no longer useful to me.  Since Bless was integrated, I have to do each one manually.....yes I know about the 'rules' we can use, but with every single piece being a completely different size/weight it doesn't make any sense to use them. I also would like my February payment credited back to my card as I was/am unable to use this service the way it was intended.     I am not sure where to ask this question....if its not here, please tell me where to go.I am on the "free plan" and I have been paying $5/mo to have my scale integrated into ConnectEasy. Now that LLR Bless system orders are automatically sent to ShippingEasy, the scale feature does not work.  I have to enter the weight manually....so I'm basically paying for a service I don't get.  I wanted to talk to someone about this, but I don't get that kind of support appar...
