    I made a label for shipping an order from Michigan to Canada using the new domestic transfer station option for international large envelop merchandise. It appears to have stalled in Chicago for over two weeks according to USPS tracking. I reported it to USPS but is ShippingEasy responsible?     I have connected LuLaRoe Bless to Shippingeasy to auto import customer addresses.  However, sometimes the ship to address imports as my address.  I have printed and mailed two packages now that had my address and just came back to me!     I currently sell on Amazon, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce (& Bonanza but I have to enter those manually); all the shops are integrated with ShippingEasy, which I love. I'm on the Starter Plan now and wonder if I upgrade will I be able to automatically send a customizable/personal New Order Confirmation to for each order?Do I have to upgrade to get that feature or is there an add-on to use instead?     HOW do I cancel ConnectEasy as it is no longer useful to me.  Since Bless was integrated, I have to do each one manually.....yes I know about the 'rules' we can use, but with every single piece being a completely different size/weight it doesn't make any sense to use them. I also would like my February payment credited back to my card as I was/am unable to use this service the way it was intended.     I am not sure where to ask this question....if its not here, please tell me where to go.I am on the "free plan" and I have been paying $5/mo to have my scale integrated into ConnectEasy. Now that LLR Bless system orders are automatically sent to ShippingEasy, the scale feature does not work.  I have to enter the weight I'm basically paying for a service I don't get.  I wanted to talk to someone about this, but I don't get that kind of support appar...
