  • Syncing pauses when there are lulls in orders

    We're a small company so we often have lulls in orders for long periods of time and I've noticed when this happens shipping easy pauses the syncing of our orders through WooCommerce and we have to restart it whenever there is an order that does come through. Does anyone know why they pause the syncing in the first place? It's inconvenient to have to restart it every time and then wait for the orders to start syncing with our site again.     I sell on eBay and Amazon through ShippingEasy and I love it. I created my own website(3DCart hosted) and I'm just getting no sales.  I'm wondering if Google has something against 3DCart sites? So I'm wondering if I should jump ship and try Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce WooCommerce, etc.I really need the ability to Import/Export thousands of products.  And I need it to integrate with ShippingEasy.     How do I get an end of the year report when I cancelled shipping easy?  I contacted Endicia and shipping easy set up my "security" questions and answers. With that said I have no idea what the answers are.  One of the questions was, "what color are the chairs in the conference room?"  I have no idea what conference room they are referring to.  I was told I need the answers to these questions to get the info I need for my taxes.  However when I call ship...     I just created a shippingeasy account which is integrated with my Shopify store.  When I look at the Shipping Selections on the order page, I don't see Priority Mail EXPRESS.  I only see First class and priority mail.    I read this old post with a similar topic but it did not help me-- when I go to "Postage & Carries" under "shipment settings", I don't see an option to create a second Endicia account.  Can you please advise asap?  Thanks!     I would like to display product options on the order page but not on the packing slips.  When I disable "Display product options" in the settings, this removes it from the order page too.  I don't want all of those details printed on the packing slip but it is important for me to see it on the main ShippingEasy order page.  I only want the product name to be printed on the packing slip.  Is this possible?   [ view more | comment ]

    I ship with Regional Rate Box B containers a lot due to the size of my product.  Just signed up with shipping easy,  and when I hit the shipping selection dropdown I don't see the Regional Rate Box B.    I do see the Box A,  just not the Box B.   How do I get this added? I have two questions for other users: 1. Do the online shopping markets like Amazon, Etsy, and Ebay let you use another shipping company? I saw someone say that ebay still charges them a fee. 2.     This is one of the biggest problems we've had with Shipping Easy so far. For Fedex international the default recipient is set to sender. I really don't need to say much more.. but before we were aware of this we sent out a number of batch shipments without fully understanding or knowing we needed to change it.     I packaged my books and am ready to print labels and ship. These are manual orders. How do I get a rate quote? I ran a rule saying to use USPS first calls package. I cannot find a place on an individual order to identify dimensions (I know I entered that somewhere) but I did enter the weight of the packaged book (10 oz).     How can I eliminate "Shipping Easy" Logo from the printed shipping label? It's very undesirable and unprofessional.  I tried uploading a blank white image in the Settings under store and orders with no success.  The label is  USPS Domestic 4"x6" format Also is there an update on excluding the endicia.com' tag from the label.  I have to use white-out on every label I print.     Hello, I have a scenario where my orders from shopify may come in the following: 3 Red 2 Blue 1 Green I see that shipping rules have the option to "Split all line items". Would this result in 3 shipments or 6 shipments?    Example 1:  3 Red in one, 2 blue in another, 1 green in another. or would it be  Example 2: 1 Red, 1 Red, 1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Blue, 1 Green   I am looking for the second example to be the case.     Is there an automatic way to only import certain items for shipping from Woo Commerce? I sell homemade stuff but also have my store integrated with Printful for t-shirts, but I have nothing to do with the shipping of the t-shirts. I can't figure out how to tell ShippingEasy not to import these items.     I only want to import certain items into shippingeasy from my woo commerce store. There are items I have in my store that are handled by a 3rd party print-on-demand service so I don't need to worry about shipping them myself. However, I figure out how to not sync or import them into shippingeasy.     My ShippingEasy module is functioning in PrestaShop.  My PrestaShop shopping cart is functioning in ShippingEasy.  When an order is placed at our PrestaShop shopping cart the shipping charge is shown as "Free".  Since we have a 25 pound product that is NOT a good outcome for us.  How do I allow customers to see the shipping charge they will actually be paying to have their order shipped to them?
