Here is the tracking number: 9400110200828544585363 We have tried to connect with USPS website to see its status but we can not.     I'm still a bit confused on how things work with WooCommerce on a WordPress site. I have everything installed, API/Secret/Store Keys installed. I'm trying to figure out what else I need to have the client see and choose the shipping option. It's not spelled out in the documentation on how to do this.     When I was shown the demo I asked about how to add shipping/delivery instructions (Ok to leave at door, Please leave at the side door, Please deliver to back door etc).     I just signed up today. I switched from Shipstation to Shipping Easy. Are you working on the ability for us to set a default cut-off time for a shipping label so that it reflects the precise date we are shipping a package? My post office closes at 7:00 p.m. so I need to be able to set my cut-off time to ship later than 5:00 p.m.-- the time most post offices close.     Hi, We have an existing Endicia account. Can we use it or do we need to use the account shipping easy provides? Also, when I try to connect to my Endicia account, via settings/postage and carriers, all I get is a USPS page asking for a credit card #.     Hi, We'd like to know if there is a way to scale printed labels down a hair? To say, 90%? Here is why... Our most frequently used box is a 4x4x4 because they are the least expensive and their weight is the best bang for the storage capacity. The next size up box is more $ and adds weight, which means more shipping costs. We are using a DYMO 4XL printer and their 4x6 shipping labels.     This is maddening, I have followed all of the information regarding syncing my woocommerce store with Shipingeasy. It was working great for a while, and then stopped. No amount of setup will work. I have deleted, re-added, made sure that the API keys, etc are correct. Status selection is correct.     I am new to this and I am using the free trial to figure things out.  I was marking all items as shipped that I did not ship thru ShipingEasy to clear them from the screen now it is counting towards my total per month.  How do I fix the ones that I marked shipped?  I have only shipped 12 from this program and it's showing 47.  Thanks for the help!     Hi there -- I intially set up Connect Easy on my laptop and it worked great connecting to my label printer. I now need to be able to print from both my laptop and a desktop to the same printer (we plug and unplug the printer). I installed ConnectEasy on the desktop and it works...but it routes the label to my laptop, and then to my printer. I need to have my desktop print directly to the printer and cut out my laptop.     Do you require the upgraded plan to use two printers. one to print invoice/pick sheet using laser printer and one to print our 4x6 label using dymo 4xl. Why do you recommend the dymo 25 scale when you do not provide a working modern applet that is supported in new Chrome browsers unless we upgrade to your paid plan. you never said any of this in your advertising.     Hello, trying to set up to ship my Ebay orders. When I try to register with Endicia as part of the process, I keep getting an error message that No Physical Address Exists. I live in a remote area (national park) where the only mail delivery is at the local Post Office through a PO Box. I have a physical address too that FedEx and UPS have no problems delivering to.     How can I eliminate "Shipping Easy" Logo from the printed shipping label? It's very undesirable and unprofessional.  I tried uploading a blank white image in the Settings under store and orders with no success.  The label is  USPS Domestic 4"x6" format Also is there an update on excluding the' tag from the label.  I have to use white-out on every label I print.     I'm using woocommerce and there are multiple addons to choose from to allow for shipping costs to be added into the cart total for the customer to pay for and for us to collect.
