    I received an email from shipping easy stating I needed to update my credentials for integration with my Walmart store.   After following the prompts, I receive an error message.   I am repeatedly receiving an "invalid client id" error, and can not reconnect to my store. I have copied and pasted the id and secret key directly from Walmart and I have tried to use the "force reconnect" but there is not a "edit store settings" option.  Any help o...     I am on Shopify and I have an app to manage order status.  For example, when a customer first places an order the order tag is "processing", then that order status changes to "Sent Proof".... a few days later it will be "Proof approved", etc..  When an order first syncs to ShippingEasy, the order tag says "processing" but when I change that order status to "Proof Approved" a day later, the tag in ShippingEasy still says &qu...     Hi, I am creating a return label for a customer who bought many items and is now only returning 2. The weight of the return is significantly less than the original shipment. When I try to edit this in the label before paying, I'm not able to add the label to the cart and the price is $0. Help!     Hello. I created a USPS Return Label for a customer, but they never returned, and the label hasn't been used. I tried to cancel the label for refund, but I got an error message. I started to look into deadlines, and it appears that there is 30 day deadline for a USPS refund.  Is there anything than can be done if the label still hasn't been used, but it's been over 30 days?     Anyone else have trouble with packing slips automatically printing double sided when you print multiple orders? It only happens when we use ShippingEasy/ConnectEasy to print the packing slips and I can not find where to change this setting. This is a problem because we need to send packing slips to each customer & two separate customers can not share one packing slip.     We're a small company so we often have lulls in orders for long periods of time and I've noticed when this happens shipping easy pauses the syncing of our orders through WooCommerce and we have to restart it whenever there is an order that does come through. Does anyone know why they pause the syncing in the first place? It's inconvenient to have to restart it every time and then wait for the orders to start syncing with our site again.     I sell on eBay and Amazon through ShippingEasy and I love it. I created my own website(3DCart hosted) and I'm just getting no sales.  I'm wondering if Google has something against 3DCart sites? So I'm wondering if I should jump ship and try Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce WooCommerce, etc.I really need the ability to Import/Export thousands of products.  And I need it to integrate with ShippingEasy.     I just created a shippingeasy account which is integrated with my Shopify store.  When I look at the Shipping Selections on the order page, I don't see Priority Mail EXPRESS.  I only see First class and priority mail.    I read this old post with a similar topic but it did not help me-- when I go to "Postage & Carries" under "shipment settings", I don't see an option to create a second Endicia account.  Can you please advise asap?  Thanks!     I would like to display product options on the order page but not on the packing slips.  When I disable "Display product options" in the settings, this removes it from the order page too.  I don't want all of those details printed on the packing slip but it is important for me to see it on the main ShippingEasy order page.  I only want the product name to be printed on the packing slip.  Is this possible?   [ view more | comment ]

    Hello,  I am in middle of evaluating companies to change to for inventory management and shipping. I had a brief walk through of Shipping Easy and it does appear to be a solid program. I have two questions for other users: 1. Do the online shopping markets like Amazon, Etsy, and Ebay let you use another shipping company? I saw someone say that ebay still charges them a fee. 2.     This is one of the biggest problems we've had with Shipping Easy so far. For Fedex international the default recipient is set to sender. I really don't need to say much more.. but before we were aware of this we sent out a number of batch shipments without fully understanding or knowing we needed to change it.     I packaged my books and am ready to print labels and ship. These are manual orders. How do I get a rate quote? I ran a rule saying to use USPS first calls package. I cannot find a place on an individual order to identify dimensions (I know I entered that somewhere) but I did enter the weight of the packaged book (10 oz).     How can I eliminate "Shipping Easy" Logo from the printed shipping label? It's very undesirable and unprofessional.  I tried uploading a blank white image in the Settings under store and orders with no success.  The label is  USPS Domestic 4"x6" format Also is there an update on excluding the' tag from the label.  I have to use white-out on every label I print.     Hello, I have a scenario where my orders from shopify may come in the following: 3 Red 2 Blue 1 Green I see that shipping rules have the option to "Split all line items". Would this result in 3 shipments or 6 shipments?    Example 1:  3 Red in one, 2 blue in another, 1 green in another. or would it be  Example 2: 1 Red, 1 Red, 1 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Blue, 1 Green   I am looking for the second example to be the case.
