  • DHL International Daily Manifests

    I wanted to make a suggestion about the DHL International Global Mail Daily Manifests:   In the past, when shipping with other companies Internationally, if I create a manifest from the daily manifest page, it creates a document that I can review and print out if I want to. it is nice to have this because then we can verify if our numbers are correct.   I am sure others would appreciate it also.     I use a SKU for my own company, but they are different from my suppliers.  This currently restricts my ability to use the Purchase Order Feature. I would like a new field in the product catalog to be the Manufacturer's SKU (which in some cases may be different from the stores SKU). I also would like an option on the PO to only show the Manufacturer's SKU, There should also be an attribute on the product catalog to be the Supplier, which is tied to the list of suppliers.  A...     Hello, Would it be possible to add the "$Shipping" as one of the options in the drop down for the "IF" conditions. We are wanting to add an Order Tag to our orders that have $0.00 or "N/A" shipping charges on the invoice as they come into Shipping Easy's order screen.     Our Ebay stores sell products that ship from more than one location. It would be very helpful if we could edit the "ship from zip code" in the ready to ship page so the postage paid accurately reflects the actual zip code. It's not practical to keep going into the store setting and changing the ship from zip code entry.     I have never thought your order page and resulting button names and process made sense.  Definitely not intuitive. Now you have added a red buy label button. Red means STOP.  The word buy reminds shipper of expense of the process. Buying means(paying for).  Please don’t keep reminding me of all my costs. Can you print a label without paying for it?       Hello, you recently made a change to the split orders function in Shipping Easy.  I would like to change my software back to the old method.  Specifically, I do not like the fact that you have split out the shipping when the order is split into multiple shipments.  The shipping cost is not divided equally between items.  Often, it costs the same amount or only a $1 less to ship 1 item as it does to ship multiple items.  This split on the invoices means tha...   • Order Upload process have 'SKU' as a required field instead of 'Item Name'

    We run our inventory based off of SKUs, not item names. The order upload process is basically useless for me because it requires me to input an item name instead of giving me the option to either put in the item name or the item sku. I need the order upload process to function in the same way as when I manually upload an order - When adding a manual order I can type in the SKU of the product and then can select that one and it will automatically populate the item name for ...     We sometimes have customers who pick up their orders in our store so we will mark their packages as dropped shipped.  However, they still receive an email that their package is being shipped to them which freaks them out.  Can there be another feature from the mark as shipped category that is specifically for when a customers has picked up their item?  Thank you!   • Customer or Internal Notes - More Obvious Indicator

    We have noticed that some customer and/or internal notes are being missed when shipping orders. Currently there is a small conversation bubble that appears next to the order number to signify that there are notes for the order. This does work if you happen to look at the order number, but if you are not consciously looking at the order number it is really easy to miss that small symbol (especially since most times there is no reason to look at the order number itself).     I know ShippingEasy offers the ability to import orders via CSV, but ideally, one would be able to also modify specific fields once orders/shipments would already be in the system. For instance, I like to keep track of the product serial number for each of my shipments.     We track the number of boxes shipped per day. We do this for employee scheduling purposes and productivity evaluation. Until recently, we have used FedEx Shipping Manager. We have just begun using Shipping Easy for shipping this week and are disappointed that the number of boxes shipped is not a reporting option.  So I now have to manually look at each packing slip and count the number of boxes shipped.     For Shipping Rules: Looks like the dropdown for the "IF:" hasn't been updated with the current available database fields for orders in quite a while (since creation?).  Fields such as Email or Comments, which are grabbed by APIs and stored in the ShippingEasy DB, aren't listed in the dropdown.  Please update this drop-down with available fields so we can make rules based on the information in the orders.   We have two rules that we need to make and couldn't because of this...     Different destination countries have specific codes based on the 6 digit HS code that are important to note on customs documents in order for them to classify them correctly for duties/taxes. So even though the 6 digit code is the same across destinations, specific countries add 2-4 digits on the end of that to create a full HTS code, since items within the same subheading (the 6 digit code) might have different duty rates when imported into that country. So it's important...     It's 100% bologna that we can't pay exact shipping anymore. There was no warning of this new policy. I purchased enough shipping to cover my labels. I was then forced to complete a second postage purchase transaction, which of course had to be the minimum $10. So I've now wasted $10.     When we have a buyer who has used an ampersand in their name, for example "Bill & Linda Smith" or "Smith Plumbing & Heating", the label converts the & to HTML code, &.  It just looks wrong and weird to address the label to "Bill & Linda Smith".  Can we get this fixed to print the symbol instead of HTML, please?
