  • Autofill carrier info from shopping cart to create shipment

    To totally streamline the order creation and speed, the system needs to autofill in the choice of carrier & carrier service - both of which the shopping cart software has already transmitted... and 99% of the time you be shipping the method the customer chose.  If this is done, all we need to do is choose the box size and hit print - now that's 'shipping easy'...   • SMTP Settings for E-Mails

    Are there any plans to allow for users to enter SMTP settings so that e-mails are routed directly through the SMTP server of the user's choice? Currently, customers receive e-mail confirmations from "noreply@shippingeasy.com", which is ok since the reply-to address is the e-mail specified in the store settings.   • Schedule UPS package pick up from ShippingEasy

    Smaller shippers often do not have regularly scheduled package pick-up service with UPS.  As such, having the option to schedule pick-up from the ShippingEasy interface saves the extra step of calling or visiting UPS.com.     We prepare shipments in the evening and I have the option set to " Automatically Advance Ship Date After " with 3 pm as the value.  I was very surprised and disappointing today to see that this option literally means the next day and not the next business day.  Today is Veteran's day, no mail pickup, now I have the wrong date on my labels and the wrong information posted to my stores.  This has not come up for me before since this is the first non-Monday holiday.     As a previous Endicia customer, one of the options I really loved was the ability to translate any address into all caps without having to edit the address.  Some customers are lazy in their typing and it just looks more professional to have the shipping address be consistent.     Add Manual Orders button to top Navigation, parse and paste pop up not needed each time you print, too many clicks to send to print: When processing manual orders it would be faster to have the link at the top next to Orders in the Green Section rather than click on Orders, then Manual Orders each time I want to get back into it, it is an extra step to click on it each time rather than a direct link, I use Volusion to parse and paste the shipping address and a few seconds ...   • Enable product name from catalog to be used on packing slips

    Currently, the 'item_name' from the sales channel is what is used on packing slips.  For my products, the product names contain SEO and other marketing information.  The same product has different names on different sales channels.     With the holidays upon us and items we have shipped being a 'little' slower than normal to be delivered... suggest adding a Delivery Filter be added. Rational: What has NOT been delivered in the last 7 or 14 days? Which orders have been shipped and are not delivered yet (after a week or so)? Now I do this manually each morning to see what has been hung up in transit. But would make things much easier than going through screen after screen, looking for different icons... Ev...     It would be great if each user could have the option to choose their own label sizes or the default set by the primary account. This way if one staff member deals with returns and needs to use a 8.5 x 11 format he can while another staff on a different account can use a 4 x 6 format. [ view more | comment ]

    Many times we will have a customer ask for a rate for shipping an 'XYZ' to Denver or Altoona. We should have a easily accessible rate calculator where you enter dimensions, weight, from zip, to zip, and you would get back quotes for both Priority, Fedex, and UPS based on what shipping easy would price them off.     For USPS packages, in the "Insurance Options" section when specifying shipment details, there doesn't appear to be an option to select USPS Insurance, only Shipsurance insurance. Is there anyway to select USPS insurance instead of Shipsurance? If not, can this be a feature that will be added in the future?   • Color of highlighted item to ship is too light!

  • Label font cleanup/design + Logo

    With Dazzle & UPS Worldship you can customize the labels... Like to see this on the shipment labels as well. We have used to put our logos as well as create shipment tags (available on the standard UPS 4x6+2" tag labels) that we use for shipment info. I like to keep copy on invoices of the shipment, tracking info, and shipment cost... yes its available in the logs, but we want the proof of shipment on a label for your physical records... thus nice to customize labels...  ...   • Modify orders details when you "Duplicate Shipment"

    Hi, We'd like to be able to modify some of the details when you use the ship another feature.  As it is right now, if we use the "ship again" feature to create a label the email that the customer gets indicates that we are shipping the same item that they bought the first time.  But usually, it is an exchange for a different item.  We then get a call or email asking why we are shipping them the same thing they just returned.
