  • Allow the purchase of third party Insurance

    For USPS packages, in the "Insurance Options" section when specifying shipment details, there doesn't appear to be an option to select USPS Insurance, only Shipsurance insurance. Is there anyway to select USPS insurance instead of Shipsurance? If not, can this be a feature that will be added in the future?   • Color of highlighted item to ship is too light!

    Would you consider making the super light pink just a tad darker. It is so hard to distinguish from the other items. It would reduce the risk of confusing orders if it were clearer which item you were selecting to ship. Thanks for you consideration. [ view more | comment ]

  • Split a line item into multiple packages

    We sell paint in aerosol cans which are packaged in boxes up to 12 each. So if a customer orders 30 cans this would show up as a single line item but with a qty of 30. We need to break this up into 3 boxes with 12 in 2 of the boxes and 6 in a third box, each with their own labels. At times we don't have the full qty in stock and ship what we have with the balance on back order. Once again splitting each line item up would make this easy     [ view more | comment ]

  • A generic Shipping rate calculator

    Many times we will have a customer ask for a rate for shipping an 'XYZ' to Denver or Altoona. We should have a easily accessible rate calculator where you enter dimensions, weight, from zip, to zip, and you would get back quotes for both Priority, Fedex, and UPS based on what shipping easy would price them off.   • Allow Us to Choose Where Labels are printed on 4x5 labels

    When printing labels for the 4x5 option, they are always printed on the top left corner. This creates an issue where the label sheet has leftover labels that are hard to use. I would like to request a feature where you can choose which corner you would like to start printing labels on (top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right). Thanks! [ view more | comment ]

  • Schedule UPS package pick up from ShippingEasy

    Smaller shippers often do not have regularly scheduled package pick-up service with UPS.  As such, having the option to schedule pick-up from the ShippingEasy interface saves the extra step of calling or visiting UPS.com.   • Prevent UPS ground shipping to PO Box

    We have had some instances where the shipping crew has shipped UPS Ground packages to PO Boxes. It's kind of an easy error to make since they aren't actually looking at the full addresses online, only name and town. But of course UPS ground does not delivery to PO Boxes. It would be great if you would build something into the system that would prevent this from happening.   • Bringing back cleared orders

    It is frustrating that we can't bring back cleared orders. Commonly we have customer whose credit card declines and we notify them of this. Then they call us back and give us a new credit card and we process their order for shipping, but currently we have to manually enter their orders and log into Americommerce and manually update shipping.   • Create Duplicate Shipment

    I have used the Create Duplicate Shipment function in the past to create a label for a replacement shipment.  I just realized today that actually updates the shipping information on the original shipment, and causes that order to show as being shipped late. This is not what I expected at all.  The function as it is implemented is actually Reship This Order.  Can we get a function for Create New Shipment or something to that effect.     Are there any plans to integrate Amazon Buy Shipping Services API with Shipping Easy on regular Amazon order and not just Prime orders?  We are a high Amazon volume seller and we're losing a lot of revenues on buyer Item Not Received claims that Amazon covers and that also includes eliminating negative feedback on associated claims when you buy shipping through Amazon.   • Advance ship date to next BUSINESS date.

    We prepare shipments in the evening and I have the option set to " Automatically Advance Ship Date After " with 3 pm as the value.  I was very surprised and disappointing today to see that this option literally means the next day and not the next business day.  Today is Veteran's day, no mail pickup, now I have the wrong date on my labels and the wrong information posted to my stores.  This has not come up for me before since this is the first non-Monday holiday.   • Daily Reports

    It would be nice to be able to print a report of order numbers and tracking number barcodes at the end of my mailing session, that way i don't have to go through every piece of mail and scan it.   Just have it all on one page.   It would be a time saver for me. [ view more | comment ]

    It would be great if each user could have the option to choose their own label sizes or the default set by the primary account. This way if one staff member deals with returns and needs to use a 8.5 x 11 format he can while another staff on a different account can use a 4 x 6 format. [ view more | comment ]

    Our local post office is extremely anal about the date on the label being the exact day that you are shipping the package. As a customer coming from ShipStation we were able to change our settings so that ShipStation would automatically change the date on our labels to the next day after a certain time (3:30pm in our case).     It is possible to automatically print the shipping label and the packing slip to different printers when the shipment is created? My setup is as follows: shipping labels print to my thermal printer, packing slips print to my color laser printer, both using ConnectEasy. When I create a shipping label, it is automatically sent to my thermal printer.     Are there any plans to allow for users to enter SMTP settings so that e-mails are routed directly through the SMTP server of the user's choice? Currently, customers receive e-mail confirmations from "noreply@shippingeasy.com", which is ok since the reply-to address is the e-mail specified in the store settings.     I would like my packing slip to display the discount code my customer used. Sometimes we will run promos where a customer spends $100 and can use a coupon code for a free item. The only way for me to tell if I should include the item is by reading which coupon code they entered during checkout.     Is there a way to automatically capitalize the customers name? We had this on our prior system and we are continuing to use that system for our packing slips because upon downloading the orders - it automatically capitalized the first letter of the name (but it does not make anything small if they capitalized it McNamara still has the '"N" capitalized.     Hello, I have been searching for ways to filter shipment history results by only (RETURN) shipments. I know that many times when we create return labels for our customers, they don't end up using them, so I would like to be able to filter the results so I can look through them and figure out which ones can be canceled, or who I need to contact about getting their return shipped out.   • 4x6 half sheet w/ packing slip option is missing from International Label Output Format

    We print labels on the top half of the page and the packing slip on the lower half of the page via 4x6 Half Sheet w/ Packing Slip option available for Domestic Shipments. However, for some unknown reason, this option is missing from International Shipments section. USPS International Shipping labels (including APO shipments) fit just fine on half sheet, so it would be nice to print the label on upper half and the packing slip on lower half.     Please change this every time I have to use an 8.5 x 5.5 label for USPS International Labels- I have to go back in and reprint a packing slip as it doesn't populate. This happens every time I have to send more than 5 items internationally. Can we get an option where you can print an international label and packing slip printed under one regardless of how many items are on the order.     With Dazzle & UPS Worldship you can customize the labels... Like to see this on the shipment labels as well. We have used to put our logos as well as create shipment tags (available on the standard UPS 4x6+2" tag labels) that we use for shipment info. I like to keep copy on invoices of the shipment, tracking info, and shipment cost... yes its available in the logs, but we want the proof of shipment on a label for your physical records... thus nice to customize labels...  ...
