International Custom Fees

It would be amazing if we could auto select that the customer/receiver always pays the duties.  Instead of always having to check to make sure that is selected.  Sometimes we forget to check that and then are stuck with that part of the bill and loose money on it.

Shipping request! URGENT

Make a way to sort orders by first name. (End Goal: is to batch print in alphabetical order by first name)

Our processes for packaging are sorted by customer first name. It would save us a good amount of time daily to be able to batch print labels alphabetically by first name.

Shipping Label from International Address to the US.

Hello, Why is there no feature for creating labels shipping from an international address?  We have a supplier in Taiwan and want to make the labels for them to ship to our customers in the US.  This is what drop shipping is all about, if we're able to create a label originating from international address to the US on USPS's or UPS's website that should be reflected onto ShippingEasy as well. Limit user access per store

ShippingEasy ("SE") currently has permissions which can be applied to each user. But regardless, users will have those same permissions for all stores. This is a big deficiency for SE customers that have drop shippers, or SE customers that are fulfilment services with many stores.    Our fulfilment service uses SE. Feature Request: Ship Insurance needs to be able to have its own credit card

    ShippingEasy needs to allow a separate funding source for all ShipInsurance charges. Why? The use-case is that I am a consultant and I want to offer a complete solution to my clients. Send Duplicate Labels back to orders page OR at least allow editing

As of now, duplicating a label sends it to the payment page which does not allow you to edit the order. Usually the duplicate is not the exact same as the old order. So it's important to be able to edit the order slightly. We usually just need to edit quantities. Late shipment notification

I would like to receive a notification if an order takes at least a week to ship. I need this functionality specifically for international orders so I don't have to wait for customers to ask where their package might be.  I see this happening in a couple of ways: 1. Multiple Items "Various" on Order Page

I want to see all the item sold to a customer without have to open each order individually. Say I have 10 Multiple Items order. I would have to click on 10 different links to see what actually sold. It would be nice to just have all the line items shown instead of hiding it behind the "Multiple Items" tag.   This would save me hours each week.

Personal Graphic Compromise

    Currently, SE allows paying accounts to replace a 130x260 rectangle (I think?) with their own logo.     Non-paying accounts get... nothing.     May I suggest a compromise which I think will benefit non-paying SE accountt holders & SE as well.    In the case of non-paying accounts, that rectangle could be split into two parts-- each which a 130 pixel square, and one would be the SE logo, the other would be the users logo.     I don't see a down side-- SE continues to ad...

Print Label + Packing Slip to Different Printers (at the same time)

It is possible to automatically print the shipping label and the packing slip to different printers when the shipment is created? My setup is as follows: shipping labels print to my thermal printer, packing slips print to my color laser printer, both using ConnectEasy. Currency in Customs Invoice, Packing Slip

Please make an option to set the store currency, and show it with prices on the customs form and packing slip. For international orders, we keep getting asked about the currency. We are not asking for currency conversion. We just want show that the prices are in US$. This has to be a more common issue. All commercial invoices should show what currency the prices are in!

Multiple Packing Slips from the "Pick & Pack" Pull-Down.

On occasion we need to print a different packing slip than the standard on that we print for most of our orders. Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime - Packaging Options Missing

The USPS Flat Rate Padded Mailer is often the cheapest way to send a Prime order.  This option is available directly on Amazon, but it is missing from ShippingEasy.  Please add this option to ShippingEasy.  Thanks!

Full List of SKU numbers

It would be helpful to be able to select a series of orders which are in the general order queue, and output a CSV file where it shows the quantities of each SKU currently in the queue.  Current / Unshipped orders Selected Output to CSV to show quantities per SKU.   Will reduce the number of times our employees need to travel to pick orders, especially with multiple item orders.

Packing Slip Subtotal & 1/2 Sheets

2 things can be added to the packing slips to be more helpful for us and I'm sure many other companies. 1. A subtotal line/field would be great. We basically use the packing slips as our sales receipts and it makes it easier for entering when there are multiple items on the slip. 2. The packing slips do not have be a full page. Please make an option to print 2 orders per page. This saves A LOT of paper and space. ShipStation did this for us and we loved it.

Delete Customer Addresses in Bulk

Send US a shipment confirmation for Amazon orders

I know SE can't send emails to Amazon customers, but it would be a nice help for our own reference if WE got shipment confirmation emails for all of our Amazon orders. It greatly helps us to track shipments from our email/by customer last name without having to sift through our SE shipment history. Thanks!

Offer 2 label options for international labels

We have heard a few requests to have multiple label formats for labels based on their shipping method or service. For example: Offer Priority Mail International to be printed on a thermal printer and First Class International to be printed on a laser printer. Please add search history filter by Country

Please add a populated tab or search ability to filter shipment history by country. If someone asks if I have shipped successfully to a particular country, and how much it was. I want to be able to answer them quickly. Thank you!

Allow Us to Choose Where Labels are printed on 4x5 labels

When printing labels for the 4x5 option, they are always printed on the top left corner. This creates an issue where the label sheet has leftover labels that are hard to use. I would like to request a feature where you can choose which corner you would like to start printing labels on (top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right). Thanks!
