Choice in Store for Manual Orders | Reporting

It would be a useful feature to be able to choose what CSV store to choose from when hitting the "Manual Order" button. We use manual orders to make corrections on shipping labels that we have already created incorrectly. With multiple stores we need to be able to separate these manual orders to add them into our individual stores shipping margins. Combined Orders issue

Issue:  When combining sales orders from the Orders module, ShippingEasy does not combine the order and shipping totals that was imported from our sales channels.  Would it be possible for the data table to add those totals together when we combine sales orders so it displays accurate pricing info on our reports?   Example:  I have 1 customer who places 2 separate orders for different items.  For easy math, say each item is $10 with a $2 shipping fee.  They show the correc...

Email alerts when a return label is scanned in at USPS

Hi there, Our company is rental-based, so we're always generating return labels to ship with the item. It would definitely shorten our time between shipments and increase overall output if we were able to receive an email that a package is on its way. UPS Reference Field Customization by Rule

I would like the option to create a rule to fill in the UPS Reference Field(s). I frequently ship a 'limited quantity' hazardous material - paint. I'd like to be able to create a rule that if one of those items are purchased, the word 'PAINT' be written on the second reference field to disclose what is contained.

Ability to change text attributes for packing slips

The packing slip function in ShippingEasy works great, although it does not have the option to make attributes of an item larger or smaller. The following bolded code for this is as follows: {{ shipment.line_items | sort: 'name' | columns: 'qty sku name_and_product_options' }} You cannot modify any of these attributes (bold, italicize, etc.) otherwise it breaks the templating feature of this code and it does not work. Print Portrait 4x6 Packing Slips

Is it possible to print vertically-oriented/portrait packing slips? I need multiple items to fit on one label. With the current landscape layout, the packing slip takes 2-3 4x6 labels per shipment.

Shipping Issue

I paid for shipping last night, i delivered it to the post office, and they told me that it was incorrect. I am unable to do anything now but to pay at the post office which I did. I have my reciept in tow to hopefully get credited for it. What can I do ? Thanks,

Bulk Update or upload on Mark As Shipped

The Mark as Shipped feature is very inconvenience at shipping easy for drop shipper. We need to copy and past the tracking one by one now. Please add a feature like shipstation that we can past all tracking at once and hit upload. Then will receive a report that they are success or not. Etsy gift and gift message support

Etsy marketplace provides a field for customers to mark package as gift and add a gift message.  This information doesn't get imported into shippingeasy. Could there be a place on the invoice to print this information out?   Thank you.

Packing Slip Format - give line items within bundles on their own line

We offer a "Build Your Own Bundle" option for a specific line of products through the 'Bundle Builder' app by Agile. Combining orders doesn't combine totals on new packing slip. Seems like a simple thing to implement. We always include the packing slip, but dealing with combined orders has added additional manual work since providing the new packing slip would be confusing for our customer.

Multi Address Shipping

Please add multiple shipping addresses as a feature! It would be great if this was a built-in feature. We are currently using a third-party app to offer this to users, however, it is not communicating the different addresses within ShippingEasy (a.k.a. still appears as one order versus separated).  Thank you!

99% of our packing slips are single pages, it is preferable to not include 1 of 1 on the bottom of each packing slip. Please make the page count footer optional.

Importing csv information directly into the REF2 field

We are a manufacturing service business in which our customers send us parts and issue a PO, we coat their parts and send them back, using ShippingEasy. We currently export data from FileMaker to a csv file and then import that data into ShippingEasy. On our shipping labels, REF1 prints fine with our internal Order Number.  Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a way to get our customer's PO number onto the shipping label in the REF2 position. Edit Weight of Additional Package

You recently changed the way we can add an additional package to the shipment by removing the "plus" sign button and replacing it with an "Additional Package(s)" link, which is nice, because the that new additional package link now always shows up, rather than before you had to have the package type selected to "Package" before that plus button would show up. Split Quantity Shipping Rule

I-Parcel integration - Set fulfill flag when order is printed.

I have a UPS I-Parcel developer ready to interface with someone at shipping easy or a developer that can do this. Set fulfill flag when an international order is printed from the I-Parcel Dashboard.To set up this fulfillment communication. Currently, when an international order is taken through the I-Parcel system it will create an order in Shopify with the fulfillment flag set to unfulfilled. We will pay a developer for this.

FAIL: Fedex international Customs Default charged to sender

This is one of the biggest problems we've had with Shipping Easy so far. For Fedex international the default recipient is set to sender. I really don't need to say much more.. but before we were aware of this we sent out a number of batch shipments without fully understanding or knowing we needed to change it. Select Different Packing Slip for different orders

I do not think there is a way to manually choose which packing slip to be printed? I would like to print a different packaging slip when it's a replacement order, and yet a different packing slip when I am including a return tag with the correct item.  In my orders program I get a drop down list of all templates I created in my print options but I do not process my replacement orders thru that program.   Ut would even be great if I could set a rule of if the text "R" or "R...

Bringing back cleared orders

It is frustrating that we can't bring back cleared orders. Commonly we have customer whose credit card declines and we notify them of this. Then they call us back and give us a new credit card and we process their order for shipping, but currently we have to manually enter their orders and log into Americommerce and manually update shipping. It would be much easier if we could just search for a cleared order and bring it back to active.

Customer Shipping Label Information

Make shipping communications among team members a huge time and frustration saver by enabling an option to add more detailed "per customer packaging information".  ie, when a label is printed, information on the label shows that the customers' order is to be shipped in a small bubble mailer. This info would have been input by the team member that chooses the shipping criteria for each order. Then the Order Processing team member knows what to pack the order in.
