Multiple Email recipients for Shipment Notification

We have many business customer that request we send a shipment notification to multiple recipients. I would like to see the option to enter more than one email for the customer so we do not have to use a work around outside of Shipping Easy.

Mexico International Customs cannot be over $400.00 USD

When Shipping Easy pulls my orders going to Mexico it puts the Mexican Dollars (MXD) into the declared value into customs form. The customs form is asking for the declared value in US Dollars (USD). The problem here is you cannot have a customs form with a declared value over $400 USD. Put the package size or flat rate package type on the label

This would be helpful as the person managing to ship each order needs to manually make a decision on what package type to use. We have many box sizes and flat rate pacakges from USPS/ FEDEX.  When the packer see the box size or type on the label it will help make his job easier and faster.

Exact Shipping

It's 100% bologna that we can't pay exact shipping anymore. There was no warning of this new policy. I purchased enough shipping to cover my labels. I was then forced to complete a second postage purchase transaction, which of course had to be the minimum $10. So I've now wasted $10. Batch Amazon Prime Orders

It is a MUST for our company to be able to Batch Amazon Prime Orders!! I understand that I am not able to edit an order but I have hundreds of Prime orders that go in the same box and I NEED to be able to batch them!!! Need Buyer Name Field

Sometimes the Ship To Name is different than the person who buys the product.   Thus, the email confirmation will have the recipient's name instead of the buyer's. Perhaps you need to enlarge your database to have a "Bill to" and "Ship To" name, addresses.

Ampersand in shipping label

When we have a buyer who has used an ampersand in their name, for example "Bill & Linda Smith" or "Smith Plumbing & Heating", the label converts the & to HTML code, &.  It just looks wrong and weird to address the label to "Bill & Linda Smith".  Can we get this fixed to print the symbol instead of HTML, please?

Origin ZIP code

It would be great if I could switch origin zip codes while processing the order, rather than having to go through settings.  I'd particularly like that because depending on my day, if I miss my mail pickup I can drop off the packages at one of the PO's in the path that my errands take me.  The postal people can sometimes get snippy if I have the wrong origin.  Also, 9 times out of 10, after I've printed my labels with the different origin zip, I forget to set it back to my...

Shipping Label from international country to the US.

Why is there no feature to make a label from another country to the US? This would be useful to dropshippers. Its possible to do it on USPS or UPS's own website, I don't see why that can't be reflected on ShippingEasy.  One of my suppliers is in Taiwan and I would like to use my discounts to create a label for them use to dropship my products to customers. Prevent UPS ground shipping to PO Box

We have had some instances where the shipping crew has shipped UPS Ground packages to PO Boxes. It's kind of an easy error to make since they aren't actually looking at the full addresses online, only name and town. But of course UPS ground does not delivery to PO Boxes. Drop Ship Orders

I am new to shipping easy. Is there a way I can mark selected orders as drop ship orders and have shipping easy convert them to POs to be send to vendors either automatically or manually. (ideally along with our packing list) I don't think shipping easy has this feature but our current system does. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Edit Previous Selection

There needs to be a way to edit the previous selection. I made a mistake and shipped a SKU in the wrong package. Now every time the package pops up it is going into the wrong item.  I tried to make a phony order with the correct saved selection, added the order to my cart, but it seems you have to go all the way and pay for the label for the change to apply. Make eBay Buyer ID's Searchable

I've noticed that since the Buyer ID integration, you are unable to actually search based on Buyer ID. This would be incredibly helpful since--as I'm sure many of us who sell on eBay will vouch for--dealing with returns or exchanges via eBay is a hassle because the buyer ID is shown but no order number within eBay's system. Being able to search for those ID's here would be INCREDIBLY USEFUL!! I trust you'll bring this feature soon.  The end.

I'd like to see the following enhancements to the shipping rules. If any of the items mentioned can be done, please let me know how to do them. 1) Add boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to the IF statement of the rule. We often ship internationally to the EU. In shipping there we put an EORI number that helps speed up the customs process. Currently, we hand write this number on each label. Allow the purchase of third party Insurance

For USPS packages, in the "Insurance Options" section when specifying shipment details, there doesn't appear to be an option to select USPS Insurance, only Shipsurance insurance. Is there anyway to select USPS insurance instead of Shipsurance? If not, can this be a feature that will be added in the future? Faster Ways to Organize Rules

Having to use the up and down arrows to move rules isn't so bad when you would only be moving them a few spots, but when moving them further than that, such a process would be tedious and a complete waste of time. Ideally, we would have the ability to drag and drop rules or something similarly efficient. The ability to move more than one rule at a time would also be nice.

APT, UNIT, SUITE numbers on 3rd line - Move it to 2nd line

The current setup has APT, Unit, or Suite numbers on a 3rd line, however, sometimes customer don't put apt or anything and just a number. This will show on the 3rd line. Sometimes this can be an issue with USPS because it reads from bottom of the address and up. So it will think it's a street number with no street and may cause delays or issues with delivery. Editing Date Format

We include both the order date and ship date on our packing slips. However, the default format for order date is MM/DD/YYYY, while the default format for ship date is YYYY/MM/DD. We list these one on top of the other and the differing formats looks sloppy and is confusing. I was informed there is no way to edit the preferred format at this time. Would be a very helpful feature to be able to customize!

UPS guaranteed delivery date. Time in transit.

Currently shipping easy does not have the time in transit and guaranteed delivery date for UPS shipments. We must go to the UPS.com website and click "CALCULATE TIME AND COST" to see the delivery dates for each service. For example: A ground delivery may only take 2 days so it would not make sense to choose 2 day air for this delivery when it only takes 2 days when you choose ground shipping. No FedEx or UPS to PO Boxes

I know it is user error, but it sure would be nice to have something to prevent the user who is not paying attention from selecting UPS or FedEx to a PO Box. Even with shipping rules to set it to a default of USPS, our shipping people look for the lowest cost and select FedEx or UPS to a PO Box. Send Carton Dimensions via API

Hi, I'm an enterprise customer that runs a 3PL business with around 45 clients. Enable product name from catalog to be used on packing slips

Currently, the 'item_name' from the sales channel is what is used on packing slips.  For my products, the product names contain SEO and other marketing information.  The same product has different names on different sales channels. It would be better for packing orders if just the product name listed in the ShippingEasy catalog could be shown on packing slips. Thanks.

Editable Field to include Return Authorization number on Return Labels

When processing Return Shipments, current configuration automatically creates a return label by simply reversing address information. However, as with most retailers, a Return Authorization number is a requirement and must accompany all returns. Order Category Color Code

I would like to see the color coded Order Categories have a label (identifier/name of rule) that appears when the color is hovered over. It will make it easier to know what to do with the order on the orders page. We use our to signify International, Temporary Hold, Custom Item needed, etc. This let's users see why the order has not yet shipped.
